Looks like this place in the process of being renovated. Front desk was friendly and prompt, smelled of spicy curry (yum for me), and had second use as a storage space.
Fresh paint, new flooring and fixtures, with old wall A/C (kind of noisy but worked). Various things stored outside of the hotel (old microwaves and A/C and desks), but were not in the way
Signs said all rooms were non-smoking but ours smelled like a chain smoker had been living in it for a few years. Stale smoke that doesn't get out of the walls with new paint unless you redo the drywall and ceiling.
The rest of the room was pretty clean, with exception to the fan in the bath room.
Plenty of outlets and USB ports, but no place to hang clothes. Only one bath towel, but didn't notice until the morning, prob could have gotten more.
No garbage can, but there was a plastic bag for trash. Fridge was a good size (small not mini). TV and microwave looked in good shape, although we didn't use them.
The bed and pillows were fantastic. I slept for 11 hours, and my wife thought they were great as well.
Hard floors were clean, but our dog prob missed his bed that we left in the truck.
Overall a great stay for the price, and only $20 for the pet fee. Central Bishop location and easy to get in and out of.
