“OK for the money”

The location was good, easy walk to the station. The NIA was approximately 15mins walk. The room was clean. The room was too hot and it was not possible to reduce the temperature of the air conditioning. There was no wardrobe and inadequate storage space. The shower was not very powerful.

This is a good hotel with all the basic amenities. Checking out was rather slow with only one staff member on with a line up of 5 or 6 people.

“Comfortable and convenient”

Lovely new hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Room is very contemporary with a very comfortable bed. Laminate flooring and a nice wet room style shower. Air con very useful too. Very close to the Bull Ring and theatres. Area close to the hotel is a bit ruff but would recommend.

“nice hotel,good location”

had a problem with the smell in the first room, they switched us and that room was fine.the location was 10 minute walk form new st station.there was a nice indian restaurant near the traffic circle near hotel. not that much to do in birmingham though, i would rent a car and get out of town or i'd take a bus or train to another town or city

“Convenient for Centrail Birmingham”

Satisfied with our stay, hotel well located for Central Birmingham. Hotel is on the edge of derelict land which can be a bit off putting but that doesn't affect the quality of the hotel. Room a bit spartan, but it was clean and reasonably comfortable.

“Great budget hotel”

We were really impressed with the Ramada Encore hotel. It was very centrally located - ideal for New St station. The room was very good value and it was huge! Staff were friendly. We would definitely recommend and would plan to stay here on our next trip to Birmingham.

“Modern Hotel”

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was perfectly placed for shopping and the theatre. It was very modern with welcoming staff, but there was only a walk in shower and the water ended up all over the bathroom floor.
