“NOT IMPRESSED”

Under referbishment. Only found out afer booking in by comment of "please mind the plastic sheeting on your way up" . Work started 7am following morning. Kettle didn't work and plug was stuck in socket. Couldn't leave quickly enough. NEVER AGAIN.
