“Very nice”
Nothing wrong with it in essence. A bit out of town but a short taxi ride away and Broad Street is very close. We had a meal in the hotel and it was excellent, not too overpriced as you find in some. The drinks in the hotel are a bit overpriced though, but you would expect it I suppose. Staff very helpful indeed as we needed to leave our bags there for a few hours. No trouble for them at all. We only stayed one night but would do it again.
“Very comfortable”
A very nicely presented hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Quiet despite central location. On busy road but road noise was not a problem on the friday we stayed I will use this hotel again
“Fantastic weekend at Birmingham Marriott”
The hotel was lovely and staff really helpful. It was about 5-10 mins walk from all the activity and restaurants on Broad Street. Good choice and great breakfast. You couldn't have just a continental as the buffet was all or nothing which made the croissant and coffee I ended up having relatively expensive. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were never that busy and a perfect way to relax at the end of a hard day's shopping!

“Hotel mit sehr gutem Komfort”
Das Marriott Hotel Birmingham liegt zwar nicht in der schönsten Gegend und der Weg in die "Innenstadt" zieht sich etwas, trotzdem kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestatten. Genau so, wie man sich ein Mariott Hotelzimmer halt vorstellt. Ich habe bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich auch den Spa Bereich des Hotels. Auch der Service dort war sehr gut. Ich hatte dieses Hotel als Auftakt zu einer England Reise gebucht und kann nur sagen, dieser Auftakt war gelungen. Auch wenn mich Birmingham an sich nicht sehr begeistert hat, dieses Hotel hat es.
“Staying in Birmingham”
The Marriott hotel itself is nice, the room is spacious and comfortable. When I arrived with my rental car, I was barely able to find the hotel as the signage is hardly visiable. There was no welcome at the hotel; nobody assistet with my luggage or guided me to my room. My minibar was emtpy; when I ordered beverages I also asked for snacks; the reply from the front desk was, sorry, we dont offer snacks. On my room bill, all beverages were pre charged. I had to ask at the receiption that somebody from their staff checks my mini bar. All in all, I have stayed at many Marriott hotels in the past and this one does not meet the standards when it comes to services.
