“Very good value”

Nice hotel in a great location. A 10 minute walk to the city centre and the commercial centre. Good value for money.

“We'd definitely go back!”

This hotel was perfectly located for our night out on Broad St. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and polite. Be prepared for the noise that continues into the early hours but the security do try to keep the revellers quiet and sensible. We didn't have breakfast as we felt the 10 pound charge to be too expensive. Rooms were adequately sized and very comfortable.

“Great Hen Weekend!!”

Stayed at the Jury's Inn for a hen weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent as next to all the places we were visiting. The hotel is decorated to a very good standard, and we had a nice breakfast on the Sunday morning. Was perfect for our needs.

“great hotel”

this hotel was excellent - convenient for bars & restaurants and not too far from shopping. The only complaint really was the price and quality of the bar food - very basic sandwiches that didn't come as described on the menu. that said, it was the only food we had there, so may have been an oversight.

“Very impressed”

We were quite apprehensive about the hotel, but were travelling to Birmingham for a wedding. The hotel was clean, the staff very helpful. This was our first time of using this hotel chain and would definitely use them again, overall we couldnt fault out visit. We were on the 14th floor that gave superb views and possible reduced the noise.

“Would stay again”

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great, opposite Brindley place and near to the Mail Box with great pubs and nightlife. Hotel staff were helpful. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast - all in all a great deal for the price.

“Nicer than many chains”

Hotel is conveniently located in a lively area -- 10 minutes walk from New Street Station and downtown, with pubs and restaurants up and down the street -- and offers gorgeous views.
