Stayed at Indigo hotel for one night as I was on a training course for two days. I travelled with my mum and the hotel was very accommodating. My mum was able to check in early and check out late. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the room was beautiful. Spa facilities were great. My only gripe is the cost of the car parking. You do get a discount but it is still quite expensive. Overall had a great stay and will return again.
One night stay, was able to check in half an hour early. Great room with city views.
Ideal place to stay if going to ICC/Symphony hall with bridge directly over Broad street.
Impressed that check out time up to Midday especially on a week day.
One the most comfy beds ever. Will be staying again
I went to check in and to my splendid surprise I was upgraded to the penthouse apartment! I paid a fraction of the price on expedia and this was just the icing on the cake. The staff were so kind and friendly and welcoming. When I got into the apartment which was located on the top floor the views were absolutely breath taking. The room was designed funky yet smart. The rooms were in excellent condition. The apartment came with complimentary toiletry, fresh oranges for the orange blender, fresh bottled milk, an espresso machine and all the extra kitchen essentials. I could not have asked for more. As I booked the apartment as a surprise for my BF he was just as pleased with everything. We had a romantic stay.

Very nice hotel which is my favourite in Birmingham because of the price. The bar and the breakfast.
Ate there for evening meal for the first time and it was very good the plus being they serve until late compared to other local restaurants, it is near St. Paul's square where there are good restaurants. Also try Felinis in the Radisson Blu hotel 2 minutes walk away - it is a very good Italian restaurant within the hotel.
