“Very clean and right across from the beach.”
Very friendly staff. Awesome location, right across the road from the beach!!! Very close to the casinos. Would definately stay there again if we ever vo back to Biloxi. The rooms were super clean, large and comfy.
“Great employees & service”
If you're looking for a good rate & good location, this hotel will serve the purpose. It's not one of the expensive, got everything hotels, but the staff was super friendly, helpful & the rooms were clean. It was quiet enough to sleep at night & get away from the busy all nighters!
“Biloxi Super 8”
It's not the Ritz but for the price it served its purpose. Very resonably priced with average accommodations. No major complaints and the room was clean.
“It's OK”
For the price - it was fine. We arrived during Tropical Storm Lee which may have had an impact on the condition, etc., but the beds were comfortable. It was within walking distance to the casino which was good after being in the car all day long. The breakfast could have used more choices, but it was adequate. Again, it was fine for our needs and the price we paid.
“Okay from Louisiana”
Hotel was centrally located to shopping and gambling. Hotel service was very good and staff very friendly. Other than the slow drainage in lavatory, the room was very cozy. Air conditioning was remarkable. The area was quite so got a lot of rest. Did not go to breakfast. Yes, I would recommend and I do plan on staying again.
“Probably will not go back”
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. This is a big plus when the temperature hit 96 F. We lost water pressure at least four times and all water once for 30 minutes. As far as I know there was no construction going on by the city. The first two nights we stayed (Friday & Saturday) the other guest socialized outside their rooms till the after 11pm. There were 20+ people hang-out by the railing. We heard a great deal of foot traffic outside our room. The breakfast was all carbs...no fruit, yogurt or healthy choices. The choices are bread, kid's sugar cereal and waffles. The orange juice machine was broken. The location on the beach is good.
“Not Very Impressed”
When we got there it was kind of late and the parking lot was very dark. I didn't feel safe at all. The room was gross and had poo on the walls in the bathroom. I would never stay there again. It's right across the street from the beach so that was nice but right behind the hotel was a neighborhood that looked kind of scary if you ask me. Definitely not a great place to bring your family.
“Odd items in our room”
After driving 5 hours from Texas, we wanted to check in. Arriving at the desk, I was told the computers were down, and we couldn’t check in. When I asked what we should do, I was told to “give [them] more time.” I realize they can’t help computer problems, but during this trip another hotel had computer issues, but they had print outs of reservations; I had no trouble checking in at that hotel. The Super 8 of Biloxi told us to come back later. After visiting the city and eating, we went back to. While checking in, we were told there was an “extra charge” that equaled $1.12. I was tired of driving and didn’t want to argue over the small amount or call Expedia to complain, but why was such a charge? We were given room 148 (not an interior room as requested). Upon entering , I noticed a number of odd items in the room. There was a recent copy of a magazine on the dresser, several empty Wal-Mart hangers, and a toy ball on the floor. It was as if someone hadn’t thoroughly cleared the room of the last occupants. The people at the pool were loud and boisterous. We waited for the noise to stop, so we could rest. At exactly ten o’clock, the noise stopped and my children and I were finally able to sleep. My son noticed the TV made a loud humming noise. This wasn’t the worst hotel I’d ever encountered, but it wasn’t the best either. It was low average. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. While mild things happened, the place had an odd vibe to it.
“Cheaper is NOT always better.”
Checked in during a "shift-change" and had to wait 30 minutes for service. Finally got to our room and our keys didn't work. Once we actually got into our room, the lock on the door was broken off, holes in the curtains, door was not completey sealed (bugs crawled in through the cracks), there was a huge hole in the shower around the faucet.....and so much more.....HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Will NEVER stay there again.
“Cheap room for cheap rate.”
Ac is very weak. Pillows are lous
