The hotel is in a rather poor condition. The furniture is both damaged and dirty, with a noticeable roach-like odor permeating the air. In the morning, when I encountered an employee and greeted her, she did not acknowledge me or respond. During breakfast, a staff member reprimanded me for supposedly using too much batter in the waffle maker. The room was unclean, with a sense of disrepair evident throughout. The beds were uncomfortably firm, leading to a night of itching. The constant noise of people talking and walking made it seem as if they were inside the room with me. Given the overall experience, it felt more like a motel than a hotel. I eagerly awaited my departure from the premises. The only positive was the lady who checked us in, she was very nice, welcoming and friendly.
