The beds were very small. I booked for double queen size bed but instead I got two full (if you could call them that more like a extra large twin) size bed. The shower head had hard water buildup on it. The knobs on the microwave (which was dated) came off. Also may I make an suggestion look at the weather for the day so housekeeping can know what to leave the a/c on in the room. It bad when you walk in your room and its freezing because the a/c is on 60. If it's freezing outside then the room needs to be on heat.

Here at our property, we do not have queen size double beds; they are full size. I do apologize that you were not aware of this per booking your reservation. I would like to also apologize regarding the build up on the shower head and the knobs on the microwave. I will be letting maitenance know this so we can get this fixed right away. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will also be bringing to houskeeping staff attention to make sure that the AC is not left on anything below 68. Corey,Banks can hold up funds up to 5-14 business days, and I am sorry to hear that your funds are being held longer than expected. The hotel is in a rather poor condition. The furniture is both damaged and dirty, with a noticeable roach-like odor permeating the air. In the morning, when I encountered an employee and greeted her, she did not acknowledge me or respond. During breakfast, a staff member reprimanded me for supposedly using too much batter in the waffle maker. The room was unclean, with a sense of disrepair evident throughout. The beds were uncomfortably firm, leading to a night of itching. The constant noise of people talking and walking made it seem as if they were inside the room with me. Given the overall experience, it felt more like a motel than a hotel. I eagerly awaited my departure from the premises. The only positive was the lady who checked us in, she was very nice, welcoming and friendly.

Very convenient to earing establishments in the area such as Applebees and McDonalds and KFC. Only complaint I have is that shower head neads to be updated.

Second time staying here, the staff are very friendly and helpful! The property is a bit older but “Homey” type feel, breakfast is pretty good and it’s free so there that! Nothing fancy but not expensive and it’s clean.

They allow for us to bring our pet dog. He is 10 years old and loves being with us, almost as much as we love having him with us. Staff friendly and helpful.

The lady that checked me in was very pleasant. Great service. Gps sent me around the block behind the hotel and back. Have to pay close attention to get in the right entrance. Breakfast was good. Plenty of tv channels to watch. Sink plug was missing. All staff don't speak to you.

We stayed 2 nights. The 1st night was perfect. The 2nd night we stayed in a different room that was horrible (rm 326). It obviously had had serious prior water damage/issues. The sub floor was soft and not level in several areas of the room. The metal hinges on the doors and anything including the ironing board that was metal was rusted. The door frame around the closet was rotted and bubbling because of the moisture. We should have known something was not right when we walked down the hallway towards our room and fans were drying the carpeting in the hallway. There was also a dehumidifier running in our room when we entered. During the night moisture actually seeped up through the hardwood flooring and created small puddles on the floor and made the bottom of my fabric duffel bag that was full of my clothes wet. My wife is complaining of headaches and nasal issues today. We’re certainly hoping it isn’t a result of mold in the room. The room and possibly others on that floor shouldn’t be rented until remodeling.

The hardware on the tub is outdated and broken, they had to fix the stopper for the bathtub and the handle for the water on the shower was loose and broken, and the tub needs to be replaced or at least recoated so it doesn't look dirty and old

Very disappointing...
This place was ABSOLUTELY out dated and at least 20 years overdue for a remodel. From the dirty walls to rusted light fixtures, beat up doors and soft rotted wood in the floors. The rooms are spacious but it's pointless if every space is just DIRTY. I wouldn't recommend this La Quinta location to a homeless person, it was honestly very disappointing because I have stayed at some very nice La Quinta but NEVER again. Staff was cool, but those durn rooms, NEVER AGAIN.
