Pros: location clean helpful people
Cons: include breakfast

a nice place to stay for gambling and seeing the area we drove around to check out everything and see that Biloxi will never return to pre Katrina but it is still in construction we felt that the IP was the best place to stay at least for us and enjoyed being there just wish that breakfast was included every one that we had contact with was as pleasant and helpful as could possibly be would return with out a second thought to the IP

Pros: comfortable, although general layout a bit of a maze when you first arrive, good vibe and energy in casino, good entertainment, courteous staff.
Cons: NA
Location: Good location near bay and gulf of Mexico. Lots of restaurants and gaming nearby. Did not get to stay long enough to see all of area nearby.
Comfortable room, friendly helpful staff and security, enjoyable restaurants, casino, and studio A for concerts. Nice pool area and poolside bar. Elevator area was very congested at times with long wait time, otherwise great stay.

Expected more

Posted 29-Jun-2015
The rooms were clean and in good condition but they were just plan hotel rooms. I was expecting more for the price. We paid well over $500 for 2 nights.

Disappointed

Posted 29-Jun-2015
Pros: The pool area was my favorite.
Cons: Hotel was dirty and very smoky
Location: n/a
We were very disappointed in the hotel. We walked in very late to a very loud party going on in the lobby. The first room they put us in was filthy. We were moved to a new room the next day and it was a little better.

Overall it was a nice place to stay for our babymoon. my husband did not like the mattress and the room did not get as cold as I would have preferred but the pool was nice, staff was helpful and the food was good.

Great casino. Good hotel

The friendly staff is what sets the IP apart from the rest. The hotel is showing a little age but adequate and sooo much better than driving.

Enjoyable

Posted 25-Jun-2015
Pros: I liked the quietness of the rooms, even though it appeared to completely full.
Cons: Only the toilet.
Location: We were in just for a quick trip and were out before being able to enjoy the surrounding area. The road construction required our full attention.
We really enjoyed our stay at the IP. The only exception being the toilet ran forever and loudly. Other than that, it was a great stay and would like to do it again soon.

very confusing place to access and get around

Posted 24-Jun-2015
Pros: I had a meal and it should have been sent back. It was a dried out piece of what was supposed to be prime rib and the backed potato wasn't fully cook
Cons: Check in can be speeded up. They already know all they need to know from the initial booking. All they require is an ID to confirm I am the same perso
Location: We went to swim in gulf. Several people afterwards told us the gulf had flesh eating bacteria, although there weren't any signs advising of this hazar
At arrival everything is geared to valet parking check in. Finally able to drop my wife and luggage in front of hotel. Even though I was only dropping her off with the luggage, a valet quickly advised that I couldn't park there, even though sign said it was a drop off and pick up area. I then had to leave the hotel to enter the guest parking area. I had to drive higher and higher up the tower looking for a parking space. There was a parade of cars in front and behind all looking for a spot. There was a parade of cars coming back down who presumably hadn't found a spot on the way up. I was lucky to spot someone pulling out on the 7th level and parked. The elevators for the parking garage are at the other end of the building from reception and the you can only access the various levels of the garage, the lobby and the pool, but not the rooms. You have to go down and walk the entire length of hotel to the lobby. Checking in was like waiting in line at Disneyland and it was not a speedy process. When I finally presented myself to the receptionist, I was asked questions that I had already answered on line when i booked and paid for the room. He asked to see a credit card which i presented and then put back in my wallet after he returned it. He then asked for an ID and i gave him my military ID. he then asked for a drivers license. I asked if my military ID wasn't sufficient, and he said he needed my license in the event of crime, whatever that might mean. He then asked me for m

Sub-par stay

Posted 24-Jun-2015
Pros: Overall the hotel offers a pleasant experience.
Cons: Timing of construction in the parking area is poor given that the summer season will only bring more touristsm kaing already poor driving worse.
Location: The location itself is convenient, close to the beach, other Casinos, the Edgewater Mall and highways.
We chose the IP to celebrate my birthday and booked a premium room with the waterview to ensure we would have a truly enjoyable experience. Unfortunately we were booked next to a room that had MANY small children who could be heard yelling an screaming through the walls. We were forced to change rooms and ended up in a sub-par room not nearly as nice as the one originally chosen. We " endured " the rest of the night and visited the smoked filled casino. The following morning we awoke to find that there was no running water in the shower and only a trickle available through the sink....enough to wash our faces and brush our teeth. We were not advised of any issues until we actually tried turning the taps on. Needless to say....it was an unpleasant start to the day after what was to have been a birthday celebration. Upon check out we spoke with the manager who advised that there were issues with their water and advised that we would receive a complimentary stay. I have yet to receive that voucher.
