Great hotel for the price.

Pros: Room comfort, food, drinks.
Cons: Wi fi
Location: Very close to Mississippi beaches and other casinos.
Check in was fast and easy, and the staff was courteous and professional. Being a casino hotel, it was well appointed with a 24 hour store and deli. We had food drinks and entertainment all in one place and didn't need to be concerned with driving home. For those that don't know, the drinks are free in Mississippi casinos as long as you play. The room was comfortable and well decorated, and the beds are quite comfortable. Weak wi if was my only complaint but not a big deal. We will be booking this hotel again.

Was rained out so decided to gamble. Liked the poker machines. There were many and money lasted a long time. Buffet was good and help was helpful and courteous

Pros: price, ease of access
Cons: hallways were still a little smoky even on the 13th floor but the room wasn't bad that way. I hate smoke and could tolerate it.
Location: close to I'10. Didn't do anything. In house Italian restaurant was very good in all aspects.
Arrived in driving rain. I was a little intimidated by the parking garage but self parked anyway and the access to the check in desk was surprisingly easy. Check in was quick and simple. Room was a little warm and I thought I was having trouble with the AC but I think I was just impatient. It finally came on and cooled the room by the time we got back from the Italian restaurant.

Bellboy supervisor was very rude.

Pros: The softwater in the shower was nice.
Cons: The bellboy services, and hotel guest should have the option to use the hotels luggage cart to help carry their own luggage to the room.
Location: Hotel location was convenient.
The hotel does not allow you to use the hotels luggage cart, they would not let me take my luggage to my room. I waited 20 minutes for the supervisor of the bellboys to tell me that they do not allow hotel guest to use their luggage carts. He was very hateful and rude to us. We certainly did not mind a bellboy helping us but the bellboy that put our luggage on the cart said that he could not take our luggage to the room because his shift was over, so he directed us from the parking lot to the bellboys front desk right inside the check-in and lobby area, and left us there standing. My wife and I hand carried our luggage from the 5th floor all the way across the casino/hotel up the elvator to the 7th floor parking lot and loaded our luggage in our car when we checked out. Not a pleasant experience.

The Casino And the pool was nice. But the rooms. And dinning was way over priced. Too many kids running around the Casiono. Not sure if. We will go back

Pros: Overall very nice room and friendly staff
Cons: Close pool at 10:00 pm
Location: Close to the beach, airport and shopping
Had a very comfortable stay. My only issue is the pool closed much too early.

Pros: the room, recently remodeled I think, was very pretty joined the gambling club (forgot what it is called) and got a free buffet which was great
Location: convienence stores and walmart are a bit of a drive so be prepared with toiletries and such
Came for a business conference. Not the gambling. Would have preferred a smoke free environment, but guess that is asking too much when you stay at a casino. Loved my room. Bed was very comfortable.
