Our room faced the beach, which was nice, however, right below our window was the pool/hot tub. You could hear every word spoken down there. Also, facing Beach Blvd. was noisy. Not sure why there were so many ambulances with their lights/sirens on day and night but there were many. Not a quiet location of the hotel for sleeping.

The housekeeper (older white lady with blonde hair and missing teeth in the front) was very rude and did not make us feel welcome. We simply asked for a set of clean towels. She looked at us and said you are a stayover. Abruptly said I'll get you towels when they are ready (towels were on the cart) we left for the day and came back still no towels that afternoon. Had to call the front to request. She finally brought them to which we replied thanks...she never made eye contact and walked away

Checkin went well. They were experiencing a staff shortage during a busy convention weekend, but made sure to get everyone taken care of and into a room quickly!! Service was very friendly!! This is the 2nd year our homeschool group has booked with them.

I love that the staff was nice, accommodating and all around just super pleasant. Breakfast was fresh and great! This was a great place to stop midways for a 16hr drive. Love that they honored my request for late checkout! Allowed me to get some extra hours of sleep before I had to get on the road again. Checkout was easy as was check in! Very grateful for the experience! Thanks y’all!

We had to pay for a room twice. We booked through Expedia and asked to change the check in/check out date. An Expedia agent said that they confirmed the change with the property. Once we got there, the property said that they did not see the change in their system, so in order to get the change, we had to book a new reservation and therefore we had to pay for the same rooms twice. I would not book through Expedia again and would instead book through the property in order to assure that a change in booking goes through smoothly and completely.

The property isn’t fancy, but perfect for a quick weekend trip. The staff was extremely friendly and everything was clean and as advertised. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for a concert.

Upon arrival for my stay, I was told AFTER I checked in that there was no wifi or tv service. Had I was told prior to checking in, I would have found a different hotel. This information was not volunteered until after I got to my room and tried to watch tv. I was told that a storm had come through and there was no tv or wifi until possibly Monday. I had a three night stay booked. The hotel clerk told me that they could give me a $10 discount for my stay. I tried calling the complaint line and got no resolution from them, just told that a compliant had been entered into their system and someone would be calling me. I never received a call back. I found that the business practices were very poor and the staff was not helpful. I also asked for towels during my stay and never received them. I had to go ask for them and tissue for my room. I never received house keeping. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning again.

Thank you for your feedback. I am truly sorry for the troubles you experienced during your stay. We did have a storm system move through that unfortunately caused the TV dish to shift and the Wi-Fi to go down. We submitted a ticket for the TV that same day but had to wait for them to dispatch to the property the following Monday for the TV to be fixed. The Wi-Fi was confirmed to be back up the following day, Saturday, Jan 6th. We are truly sorry for the issues that occured but they were not planned and fully controllable. The front desk was informed to tell guest as they check-in and also offer the 10 per night discount + allow an early checkout if needed with possible refund. The refund would be based on the check-out time frame and if the room was fully utilized. We will be applying a discount back to your original method of payment as an accommodation. We do hope you will give us another try in the future as we can assure you this was a one-off situation. Thank you.

Great property! Only issues we had was the room was labeled as non-smoking and someone had smoked in the room. We could not move based on the room reservation type. Also I would have expected higher quality toilet tissue for a Hilton property 🙄

Oh no! We are so sorry that someone smoked in the room prior to your check-in. When a guest checks into a room and unfortunately breaks the policy - we do charge them a 200 smoking fee & deep clean the room. I will look into this and see what opportunity we missed before you check-in. As a non-smoking property, we do take this very seriously. In regard to the toilet paper - we do order what is brand standard. However, we will take your feedback into consideration.Please give us another chance in the future. We would love to have you as our guest again!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The beds were comfy but in the future I would make sure I bring an extra pillow it’s just my preference & with having back surgery the extra support is needed. The breakfast has great choices & the staff were so polite can’t wait to go back.
