All the ice machines was down no refrigerator in the room no microwave and the room you have to show ID every time you go to your room from the casino side but that’s the bigger parking lot side

There is very limited parking for hotel guest. The parking is very tight. Also looks like a construction zone. The garage for the gambling side was nice and that’s what is needed for people staying. It was hard to get to room since you have to take two elevators one that goes to the casino floor and walk down a long hallway to elevators for rooms. Very inconvenient considering you have a lot luggage and other stuff with you.

I read the reviews on google before I came and I was honestly weary with the negative comments. However everything was the opposite. Great service. The room was clean and actually didn’t look like the pictures on the website. It looked totally remodeled. Our view in room 924 was perfect overlooking the second pool area, margarittaville and the pier. 10/10 for sure.

Property was very nice the only thing was I played the machines fro over a hour never saw a waiter’s never was offered a drink. Not a one. Far as the rooms very clean but not one trash bag in the cans.

Upon arrival the bell hop service employee was terrible. He was not informative nor helpful. I ended up having to lug all of our things up. Thankfully another employee came and helped me get it to the hotel check in desk. The ladies at the check in desk weren’t the most welcoming, but they weren’t terrible either. When we arrived at our room the terrace door would not lock and the sheets were ripped up. They do not put liners in the trash bins therefore they were all rusted. When we called the front desk to see about getting another room, they offered to call up maintenance just to fix the terrace door. At that, they said it would be hours before it would be fixed. It wasn’t until I called again upon discovery of the condition of the rest of the room that they offered I come to the front desk and speak to the supervisor about the condition of our room and wanting to be swapped. They did switch us to another room after I spoke to the supervisor. When we were moved to this room it was on the 12th floor. The sheets were still in the same condition, ripped and stained. Because our room was so high up and in a corner we also did not have access to any wifi and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. You have to ask for an accommodation of a refrigerator, which you have to pay for, and you don’t have access to a microwave as there are none on the property at all. I would not stay at this hotel again.

It was a nice place, just not the best place. Noisy doors and paper thin walls. Didn’t like that my adult (18) daughter couldn’t walk from the pool to the room by herself.

There are good and bad things about this property, but I got such a deal on the room that I hate to complain. The front desk folks, house cleaners and Sportsbooks staff are rude but the rest of the staff I encountered were great. When I went to turn in my bet slips, the woman and man working the Sportsbook acted so put out to have to scan the slips. They asked me if I watched the games as if they didn’t even want to check to see if I won or not. Like I should have known and should not be bothering them. The casino staff and people working in the shops were very nice though. My luxury terrace room was overlooking all of the generators and they were so loud it was crazy. However, the room was clean, there was a Starbucks with very little wait and the food in the sports bar was great!

I liked the balcony. I liked the location of the establishment. Did not like the parking garage. No appliances in hotel rooms or anywhere for guest usage. Slow garage elevator and confusing layout of casino and hotel. Everything overpriced and alcoholic drinks watered down. Only a great place for gambling and eating expensive food. Hotel part was a waste and inconvenient. Staff wasn't too bad, but not great. There was one lady who was very helpful and I wish I knew her name. She was very friendly. Overall, just my opinion.

We experienced a loud grinding noice every night in our room. I called the service desk about it and got no response. I was told it had to be from the outside as nothing was being done in the bldg. I explained this went on all night and was told it would be looked into but heard nothing.

Nice hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Having restaurants, bars and Starbucks right there on the property was super convenient. The food was delicious everywhere we ate. The pool is gorgeous. The location is very convenient to Ocean Springs, which is a great downtown to check out. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back. The AC did not work well after we laid down to go to sleep. The room got too warm and wouldn’t cool down enough.

When we arrived I tried to park in the very front to check in since I was traveling with handicap passengers. I was told I can’t park there and we needed to go to the parking garage even after I pointed out the disabled decal, mirror hanger and tag. We went to the garage and I decided since I booked the rooms in my name they could stay in the car and when I was finished I would drive them back to the front and go park but when I got to the check in they notified me that although I made and paid in full for the reservation we would need them and their IDs to check in. They then notified me of an additional $100 deposit per room and since I had 3 rooms it was an additional $300 after Expedia said in booking all fees were included. Yes, the $300 was refundable but it helps to know all fees up front. I was told we needed each person that was staying at the hotel and they got their ids and charged them $100 a piece off their credit card, I couldn’t pay it all myself even though I booked the trip. Got to room 840 and immediately noticed I could hear the elevator going up and down and it was loud and annoying. The Wi-Fi does not work in this room and the bed was made up shabby with no comforter only sheets. There is a hole in the ceiling above the hanging light and they forgot to remove the old used soap bar the last costumer had. The bottle soap in the bathroom shower was empty except the conditioner. Do not let them give you room 840 or 8040 and this was a luxury king room.
