Fresh baked cookies, bedding smelled good not just sterile and bleached. Continental breakfast was good and plenty of it, all staff members very friendly.

I always stay at this hotel when in Billings. Close to an awesome restaurant, friendly staff and easy access. There are newer properties in the area, but will continue with the Bighorn.

Not our first stay with BigHornResort but will be our last. Stayed for 3 nights and not once was our room clean. Friday night we came into a clean room fully stocked. On Saturday we used the towels etc. and returned from a day of activities to the room the way we left it. So Sunday after returning from the waterpark (half of the day), we called downstairs for clean towels and to expressed our concern with not having room serviced yet again. We were told to find house keeping for towels and asked if the "do not disturb" sign was hung (which it wasn't). To our surprise after our returning from dinner we noticed a second stack of clean towels but still nothing was emptied or cleaned. At our Monday check out, they asked about our stay so needless to say I filled the second front desk representative in. After checking her logs , I received the worst response ever, "well you booked with Expedia." Who knew the service is different when you use an outside agency. First time this has happen to us.

My stay was comfortable however the toilet ran all,night and would not shut off. Housekeeping was knocking on my door @ 8:30 to clean my room! I had just returned from walking and breakfast so I was NOT ready to have my room cleaned. I felt rushed.... I thought check- out time was 11:00.

Nice waterpark

Hotel staff are less than interested in customer service. If it weren't for the waterpark we would not have selected this stay.
