Great room and area

A bit out of the way and congested with new construction near by. But well worth it

Waste of Money

Pros: The Keriug Coffee Machine in each room.
Cons: Guests should get passes to the water park instead of having to pay separate.
Location: Easy access to the interstate.
Easy access to the interstate is all I can agree is good about this hotel.

The quality of this hotel has slipped in the last several years. There are some things which need replacing that are getting worn from years of use and abuse by guests. The breakfasts have definitely went down hill. There was yogurt which had expired by a week and a half, at least, in the fridge for guests to eat? What? Really? They used to serve decent breakfasts for a continental breakfast at a hotel. The quality has dropped off by loads and even though they kept the food coming, some of it came out cold. It is just disappointing when we are used to the way things were. To those who have never stayed there, they may not notice. Overall, it is still a fun place for families to go with the water park attached.

I stay here often when traveling through Billings. Fair price for quiet clean hotel with great breakfast venue.

Do not stay here

Posted 27-Nov-2013
Cons: Friendlier staff
Location: Almost anywhere you stay in Billings is going to be centrally located.
I called this hotel ahead of time to let them know that I would be arriving at the airport at 3:30 and would need the shuttle to pick me up. I arrived at the airport and nobody was there. I called the hotel and they said I was scheduled to be picked up at 3:30 AM. I told them that is was to be PM and that there are no flights into Billings at 3:30AM. The front desk woman was very rude to me on the phone and said they would get somebody to the airport as soon as they could. The van driver was scary. Felt uncomfortable with him. He talked everybody down at the hotel; said the front desk people were not very smart. One night our card would not allow us into the side entrance. The front desk said they would call maintenance. We new the problem was with the card not the entrance door. Went to our room and sure enough, card would not work in the room door. So had to go back down and get new cards. So sure enough, the front desk personnel were not too smart after all. Ran out of coffee at breakfast and let the kitchen staff know. Was greeted with 3 less than helpful/friendly staff. The only nice staff was the housekeepers, and they did a great job. Would not stay here again due to staff and problems with rooms/keys.
