“Tiny-tiny bedroom”
Not a terribly bad experience
“Room not the same as reserved”
Woman at the front desk checking us in was incredibly cold. The room we received was not what we reserved. The rooms require a hotel key to turn on the lights and air conditioning. This is fine if anyone would have explained how this works. Walking around a dark room patting the walls isn't the solution. They refused to move us to the reserved room even though the hotel was nearly empty. Definitely would not go back.

Nous sommes tres satisfaits de notre nuit passee a Bilbao. Le personnel de l'hotel est tres agreable. Nous sommes alles a pied au musee Gugenhiem (orthographe?) Puis pour aller dans la vieille ville 10 minutes a pied de la stationde tramway. La chambre etait grande et bien climatisee. Nous recommandons cet hotel

“Gepflegte Unterkunft zu günstigem Preis”
Das Hotel wurde im Dezember 2009 für zwei Übernachtungen genutzt. Für einen günstigen Preis erhält man ein sauberes Zimmer mit vernünftiger Ausstattung (TV, Minibar, Vollbad, kostenloses WLAN auf den Zimmern, ...). Das optionale, kostenpflichtige Frückstück wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Beschädigungen oder grobe Verschmutzungen konnten nicht festgestellt werden. Alles in allem ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Wer sich einen Luxus-Aufenthalt verspricht, sollte weitersuchen; wer günstig in einem ansprechenden, sauberen Zimmer übernachten möchte, ist hier gut bedient. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie einige Bars. Hostels in der Umgebung sind im Übrigen nicht wesentlich günstiger.

La struttura e le camere, anche se non spaziosissime, sono nuove. L'hotel non è proprio sulla via centrale, ma Bilbao si gira in un soffio.

Chambre et SDB bien équipées et propres. Internet disponible gratuitement. Calme et bien situé. Le seul reproche : prix du parking (18 euros pour 1 journée) et du restaurant ...
