“Very pleased”
Clean comfortable room with easily a sufficient amount of space, air conditioning, high standard bathroom - all well looked after. Staff very helpful and keen to help. Very enjoyable breakfast.
“Brilliant Location for Exploring City”
Located between the Guggenheim and the Old part of the city on the north side of the river, it's a great place to explore. Hotel is a business one, so perhaps lacks charm, but you will get a good night's sleep and good service!
“Excellent”
We stayed for 2 nights and chose the location as it is so near the Guggenheim and the port (for our return journey). Reception staff were very helpful, room was extremely clean and comfortable. We did not try breakfast, so cannot comment on value for money here. We only had a motorbike so parking was fairly resonable, may be expensive if you take a car. Location also very good for old part of town - lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

everything from room to public areas is very good, the bar with snacks is open from early to late - the 4 seasons breakfast is wonderful
“Excellent hotel but thin walls”
Hotel was very comfortable and modern with excellent rooms. Only downside was that the hotel bedrooms are very thin. Could hear next door far too easily. Other than that good hotel, great location.
“Great location”
The Nervion is so well placed, by the river and between the Casco Viejo and the Guggenheim, very close to the white Calatrava footbridge, so handy for the rest of town too. Bar and restaurant good too. The one thing which let it down was the small size and drab decor of the bedrooms - rather in need of a facelift. All clean though and a good bathroom, cleaned and new towels daily. In all honesty though, good for the price.
“Great location”
The location is the best thing about this hotel. Walkable to Guggenheim, Old City, Football Stadium etc. Good value, clean but fairly soulless. Lively bar, no tea and coffee in rooms.

Stayed one night -- good quality hotel, and got a great rate.
“Excellent service, well situated”
We've used the hotel three times in the past six weeks and each time we have found the standards to be excellent for a three star hotel. The room rates tend to be fairly competitive and the hotel is well situated on the bank of the River Nervion. We shall go back!
“Handy for Guggenheim”
Rooms are adequate for price. Clean and tidied every day. Plenty of hot water. Hotel is well situated for the Old Town and the Guggenheim. New Town within walking distance too. Walls a bit too thin with loud flushing noises from neighbouring bedrooms/bathrooms. Not hotels fault but twice we were kept awake by other guests laughing and chatting until the early hours. Call to reception seem to sort it out though. Again not hotels fault but some guests disregard no smoking policy and smell of smoke in room on several occasions. Fixed price evening meal was a buffet with large selection of good food. Overall would recommend this hotel.
