"Staff was amazing and did everything they could to make the stay wonderful. For whatever reason Hotels.com did not get the reservation information through their third party to the Hotel Settles for the first room (booked two rooms). So upon arrival Hotel Settles did NOT have a reservation for one room but the staff worked hard to make it work for us and were very congenial when most places would have not and would have said sorry you are out of luck. However, the Hotel Settles did not turn us away but worked to make sure we had two rooms for our stay during a very busy rodeo weekend. Also the pool man brought out floaties and toys for our grandchildren. Excellent time !"
