“Good reasonable motel”

The motel was clean and comfortable. It's location is near a somewhat noisy bar but was excellent for walking to downtown cafes and restaurants. We were pleased with our choice.

It was a very nice room plenty of space and very clean. Close to shops and Yellowstone National Park.

“good basic room”

the room was big, clean and quiet. Anything beyond that didn't exist - TV channels didn't work, there's no WiFi, no breakfast and for a booking for four we only got three towels.

“Overcharged”

As I am not allowed to list room rate in this area. I can only say that walk-in rate is much cheapter than booking in advance. Don't take this hotel. Expedia should also blacklist this hotel to save its business image.

“Must have seen better times”

Two run-down motels under one management. The only person at the counter day and night was from Moldavia, and his English was not quite adequate. To return the keys the next morning we had to call a cell-phone number and wait. At least the room appeared to be clean. If this hotel weren't so close to Yellowstone it would have gone out of business long ago.

“Can't wait to get out.”

It's a 2-star hotel. But, we're stuck in a room on the first floor that's near the street. There's no one there to check out. Coffee maker was missing in the room and they had to bring us one and they told us to bring the coffee maker back to the front desk when we check out. (I believe they're afraid we would steal it, what an insult !)

“Don't stay there”

Everything is bad. Nobody wants to stay there. There are several better and mach less expensive motels around, but they are not in the list here.

“Not impressed with hotel service - nonexisting”

It was definitely just a place to lay your head. Absolutely no amentities! The ice machine is across the street. Took forever to get an extra set of towels - "housekeeping" was too busy texting. We had to get it ourselves. But the place was clean. However, I would not stay there again.

“Disgusting lacklustre "hotel" that treats customers like dirt”

This hotel is probably one of the worst I have every stayed in - in my entire life - and I have stayed in thousands of hotels! The rooms are broken down, disgusting and dirty - and not to mention the paper thin walls. Do not come here if you want to sleep - we had to call the police at 2:30am to stop noisy neighbours next door - there was no one in the reception to help (surprise surpirse...). Customer service is non existent and the extremely rude and arrogant little "boy" in reception has a Napoleon complex. Forget trying to speak to the "manager" - she does not care one iota about here customers and is, in fact, never at the hotel! The toilet was blocked and sewage overflowed into the bathroom - guess who had to clean it up? My wife and I - that is the kind of "service" you can expect in this "hotel"! Stay here at your peril! This is an overpriced hell hole. You are better off at the Comfort Inn or Travelodege around the corner. Trust me.
