We returned from our day’s activity and found our room was never visited for fresh towels nor the bed being made. I would expect more from a Marriott property. Amazingly enough the front desk explained we needed to request our room to be cleaned!! Since when??!! Is this a new policy for Marriott? For the of 155 per night STAY AWAY!!

It was an easy check in and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We were just passing through for a night and we got our beauty rest. The property was clean and offers a good variety of hot breakfast. Will stay again.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s excellent each time. Friendly staff. Very clean. Walking distance to the local Rio and Downtown Crown areas. Free parking and breakfast included. Can’t beat it!

Poor Lot Plowing/ Salting. It was an adventure parking and walking in the parking lot. A lot of spots could not be utilized for parking due to snow. This was after 3 days since it had last snowed. Very poor.

Allison at the front desk was amazing! She greeted us and made us feel so welcomed. The hotel was in a great area and there’s so much to do. Yet it’s very quiet and peaceful at the hotel.

Overall a great experience. Great price. But if you want your room made everyday you have to ask for it. Other then that the hotel stay was on par with higher priced hotels.

When is a suite not a suite?
When it’s a Springhill Suites suite. Just a half wall separates the couch from the bed. So if one person wants to watch TV and the other wants to sleep, someone is SOL. What is sweet? The bed. Maybe the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. It toally made up for the suite not being a suite. Everything else — bathroom, breakfast, amenities are about what you’d expect. Housekeeping, though, is by appointment. Ask when you check in.

The front desk staff is not friendly. I had to wait for 10 minutes with no one in sight. When a staff member finally showed up, she was defensive. Before I could say anything, she said I was not the only customer she had to attend to. I found that rude. In addition, the hotel is located right next to the expressway, so the noise of trucks passing by could be hard all night long. I will not stay in this hotel again
