“Very small rooms”

No elevator, small rooms, noise and vibrations, toilet running, closet door would no stay closed

“Lovely but not great for business travel”

A beautiful old inn with very nice service, but not ideal for business travel -- few outlets, insufficient lighting, very limited space. Nice change of pace from the chains and a nice neighborhood with good dining options, but not well-equipped if you need to work.
