Perfect little spot booked last minute in a cute and quiet and safe little neighbourhood 5 minute walk from the metro station. Everything I needed for my short stay. Surprised with how great the little area was and would stay again. Also great snacks at the farmers market/food trucks on the way to the station(weekends maybe)

DUMP
What a DUMP!! This may have been an amazing hotel 50 years ago but it is way OUTDATED!!! The price for your value is way overpriced!! No AC. I had to park off of site and had to pay 20€. The only good thing about hotel is walking distance to grocery stores and fast food eating places. I would not recommend!!

This hotel might have been a 4* back in the day, but it stopped in time. Even if we do not consider the adaptations they had to make because of covid, it is quite run down. And on the breakfast area there was such a sewer stink it was almost unbearable.

Hotel does need face lift but the most disappointing thing was the fact that the heating goes off at night. That coupled with a very thin quilt cover meant I had to put clothes on to stay warm. There are no spare quilts in the room. Not so good in the height of winter.

The beds were comfy. We didnt like the mini bar because we thought the drinks were included in the room and didnt expect to be charged extra for them. The breakfast bar was amazing but also costly. We got caught in a traffic jam on our way back to the hotel. The manager was upset with us for coming in late and threatened to leave us out on the street.

Hotel dated, staff doesn't speak English. They could not find my reservation then they wanted to charge me for the room I paid online. Room smelled strange at first. Beds comfortable but the decor definitely needs some updates. Good breakfast and location close to motorway.

Business Trip in March
The hotel is very good. It is clean and the service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable. The local are is not very lively and there are very few choices of places to eat other than the hotel. There is a good train service to the centre of Berlin. I was staying on a Business Trip and the hotel was very convenient for the office in Hennigsdorf.

Clean and comfortable but basic
Even though this was a Business room there were no coffee/tea making facilities. When I queried this I was given a kettle, but no tea, coffee, milk or cup. The free wi-fi was very tempermental meaning that working from the room in the evening was impossible.

Hotel ok but dated. No free parking but one can get lucky to find a spot on the street. Wifi connection only allows for connection to one device. Location of hotel good if you are headed out of town the next day like I was.

Nice hotel, although a bit far from Berlin
Lots of shops nearby. Henningsdorf (b Berlin) train station is 6 mins walk. Although I caught taxis which is expensive. So if you're not travelling alone it shouldn't be problem. The woman at reception when I checked out wasn't helpful. She showed her annoyance at me & even though I asked her to call the shuttle bus company she pointed at the hotel lobby phone because she was more concerned about finishing her meal. Then a taxi driver turned up for another customer, who must've left, knowing that I needed a taxi (shuttle bus didn't turn up). I of course didn't understand the conversation that went on but I was so annoyed to see the cabbie drive off without a passenger! She could have saved me a lot of time; 1 ringing the shuttle bus company or 2 ringing the cab company to cancel the cab because one had turned up. But she couldn't be bothered to do either!! I missed my flight with all the kerfuffle. And had to pay €231.99 for another flight!! Naturally I am not happy!! I can give you the name if you need this.

Good hotel despite being outside the centre
No problems with this hotel, staff helpful, breakfast a bit over priced though(just go to a cafe nearby) rooms clean in quiet area. Transport system great to get to Berlin once you work it out, S Barn is three stops from Underground so no problems getting in and out of Berlin

Excellent hotel which was very comfortable, it is in a suburb of Berlin and is approximately 20 minutes on the S Bahn to get out to it.
