It is very difficult to fulfil the expectation of all of our guests, but as we are constantly striving for perfection comments like yours are very helpful for our trainings.Also, thank you for selecting to stay with us while visiting Berlin. And yes, you are right that we guarantee our check in at 3 p.m., but we are also delighted to offer our guests the possibility of an early check in if the room is available. Most of our leisure guests love to stay in our beautiful rooms during holidays until the official check out time which is at noon and several of our HHonors members also ask for a late check out. Therefore sometimes we are unable to clean and supervise the room on time. Please apologize.
