Very clean and modern. Perfect location - everywhere was walkable. Close to 24h shops. 5 min away from underground station and tram stops. TV had very few English choices. Requested a king bed and was given two twin beds.

Likes: proximity to U Bahn. Clean, bright room with mini bar that was replenished each day. Quiet - I was at the back of the hotel, so it was quiet for me. Friendly staff. OK breakfast. Dislikes: air con not controllable in room and it got a bit stuffy at times - had to open window to get cooler air. An iron and ironing board would have been nice.

Staying at your hotel for 6 nights I found the following: Reception: Staff were not very friendly. We checked in online but on arrival, they did not provide us with a city map, no good morning daily etc Breakfast: It was good with a lot of choices. However, really annoyed by the staff collecting our plates/cups every minute. When I am on holidays, I want to have a relaxing time, to have a quiet time to have breakfast and being interrupted every 3 minutes by the hotel staff is really not something I have seen before. Room: 6 nights and no even one single linen changing is quite surprising in a call “4* hotel”. No shower caps in the room either. We requested a quiet room and we got room 124 near the door and the cleaners room. It was “quiet” but if a customer requests a quiet room, the normal thing to do is to allocated a room at the end of the corridor not at the beginning of the corridor. Nice “free bar” daily Hotel was nicely allocated near the amenities by tram or underground. Nice gesture the welcome drink and the points that can be used at the bar.

I loved how quiet my stay was and the lovely courtyard behind the building. The staff were very friendly and the location was incredibly convenient. I was not far from many great things but just far enough to be in a quieter part of Mitte.

This hotel is a good value for a stay in Berlin. US visitors should be aware that early check-in may not be possible, so dealing with jet-lag on a morning arrival is an issue. The staff was friendly and spoke very good English. The breakfasts were very good. Location and public transit to major Berlin tourist sites is very good. There are not a lot of there are some good restaurants in walking distance, but you should be prepared for 20 min transit rides on some evenings for dinner. WIFI was decent but not super-speed.

Det var dåligt städat på badrummet och runt sängarna, hittade hår och dammtussar. När vi checkade in, såg det inte ut som om rummet var färdigstädat. Avloppet i duschen låg i sär monterad på golvet, toaborsten stod i toaletten.

Service was below average, they were very focused on the big groups rather than the individual travelers. The lobby and bar made it look some what trendy and stylish but the room was nothing like that, seemed like a different brand/hotel entirely - very dated.

Property was easily accessible via public transport and on arrival the staff on reception were extremely helpful and able to accommodate our request for a twin room. The room itself was really bright with plenty of storage and bright and comfortable. Bathroom was very well stocked with toiletries and cleaned daily. An added plus was water being topped up every day and local drinks - peach tea. It was lovely! What was not great was service in the Craftrerie. We ate there on the first night. Service was slow and while the meal was palatable it was average compared with everything else we had in the city during our stay. On one occasion we had been out late and the male member on reception was far from helpful to recommend somewhere to get a late night meal. We found a kebab shop. The same me,mber of staff could not tell us the next day how to get back to the airport by public transport. He told us he could order us a taxi - 60-70 euros instead of 3.80 euros!!!! How useless!!! That is just basic help to guests. VERY disappointing. However, we did not let this colour our overall view of the hotel as it was very good.

We didn’t have the best experience at the start with check in. We arrived prior to check in time so popped out to get a feel for the local area. When we arrived back (soaked after torrential rain) I had to ask the front desk about check in 3 seperate times and when room would be ready - eventually we got in to the room at 3.45pm. No urgency or proactivity to help their guests. When we reached the room we had 2 single beds put together- not the king size bed we requested. As we were soaked, tired and had waited a good while for the room we didn’t broach the subject with reception but wish I had. Secondly on 2 occasions staff just walked in to our room, even with us putting the ‘busy dreaming’ option on the door! Luckily we were dressed!! Cleaning was average so marked it as so. Good points- Modern hotel with a nice chilled vibe. Very convenient location for public transport or walking to tourist spots.

Well presented hotel with good vibe. Good links to underground and tram and walkable to most tourist destinations if a little more energetic. Good quality EDEKA supermarket nearby for those tourists on the move. Dont use the convenience stores. Double the price!
