“a really good hotel in a great location”
exdcellent hotel with very efficient staff always polite and willing to help with any issues. it was situated in an excellent position in Berlin, amongst all the top shops you get in any major city, the underground was within easy walking distance, and the cabs were always around the vicinity.
“Great service”
Really enjoyed our stay here, the staff in the hotel couldn't have been more helpful. There are two computers available behind the concierge desk with printers, extremely useful for leisure travellers who need to check an email, printing a map before you got out in the morning, or checking in online for your return flight.
“Superb modern hotel”
This hotel is well located and easy to reach from the airport. The hotel offers fantastic views along Ku'damm and it is worth booking a room with this. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also gorgeous with separate bath and shower. However due to the strong Euro the hotel is fairly expensive to eat and drink at. Though there are lots of great places near by. P.s You must try a currywurst as they are yummy.
“Berlin with style”
Really nice, classy hotel. The reception staff were very professional and helpful. Hotel bar very classy, but expensive (as per most hotels I suppose). The room was also very clean and well provided. I would definitely return here, if only for the nostalgia of getting to shop in the C&A directly below!
“Superb service and a great location”
We loved staying at the Swissotel Berlin. The room was bright, very comfortable, modern and brilliantly clean. Well-equipped as well with Gaggia coffee machine and an iron and ironing board. We upgraded to a Ku'damm view room and it was worth it for the gorgeous sunshine pouring through the floor-length picture windows. It was my husband's birthday and the superb concierge placed a birthday card in the room signed by staff members along with a feast of German chocolate! Lovely. It is also positioned well for Charlottenburg and we walked to the Brandenburg Gate in 40 minutes.
“Fab hotel”
Right on the Ku'Damm, fab service in a great hotel with stylish modern room and top facilities including a fresh coffee machine.
“Delightful hotel”
This is a lovely hotel. Stylish and witty in decor, with the usual Swissotel efficiency. But what stands out is the charm and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was quite delightful. The only 'drawback' is that the location is in the comfortable west shopping area, so this is not an 'edgy' part of the city if that is what is wanted, We would definitely return however should we visit Berlin again.
“Great Location & Service”
This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel for a weekend break in Berlin. Location is great - close to U-Bahn and Bus 100. The Christmas Market at the Kaiser-Wilhem church is very close and has the best Gluwein stall ;-). Lots of places to eat nearby. Rooms are comfy and service is excellent. Would stay again
“Will definitely stay again if we return to Berlin”
Fantastic hotel. Faultless.
“Really enjoyed the excellent room”
A really good hotel, very comfortable. Brilliantly located if you want to go shopping or out to eat. Also houses the excellent Michelin star restaurant 44 which is particularly good!
