Weinrot - Guests can enjoy a range of local and international cuisine in modern surroundings with parquet flooring. Deep red walls and plush red armchair style seating, dark, square tables and chandeliers. Opens onto a garden and terrace in warmer months.
Times Bar - Guests can sample a variety of drinks whilst reading a book or flicking through a newspaper. The Casa Del Habano is housed within the bar, selling Cuban cigars from a large walk-in humidor. Wooden floors, wood wall paneling and wooden pillars complement leather armchairs or wooden bar stools with arms.

“Needs some TLC”
I stayed in this hotel last year and was very satisfied with the experience. This year not so much. The room this time was small and cramped and generally not comfortable. The cigar lounge was very smokey and the ventilation urgently needs attention - after an hour my clothing reeked of smoke and continued to do so for the remainder of the stay. So saying the staff in the lounge are very professional and very friendly. There was also a smell of cigar smoke in the hotel corridors which was not present last year.
“Very good hotel”
Very friendly multi lingual reception staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Despite the elevated railway being 200meters away no noise disturbance. Very comfortable and exclusive bar with an extensive Cuban cigar menu. Very close to all amenities and the whole city is easily accessed via the S and U bahn services. Extensive international menu in the restaurant. I will stay here again on my next visit.
“Excellent location,1st class !”
Hotel is convieniently located near Ubahn and main shopping centers,Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were comfortable by European standards, not as large as American hotels but roomy enough. Very close to the hop on and off sightseeing buses so that visiting city during day was easy. Would definitely return. Hotel restaurant was a bit pricey for breakfast but there were many coffee shops nearby,

Very convenient for ICC conference. Quiet away from traffic & rail line. Loved the cigar bar. Didn't have breakfast at hotel as so many cafe's nearby.
“Great Location”
Just 2 blks from Sbahn. Check out the Bavarum in the basement of the Saturn Mall, just another two blocks away. This hotel has a smoking bar. Good prices on Cuban cigars. Ask for a room away from the street.
“In the Heart of the West Side Shopping District”
The Savoy is in a great location, accessible by all of the public transportations, including the site seeing tour buses, and the rooms were very clean. The only downfall is that they did not have any air conditioning, so the rooms were quite hot by the end of the day, during the July summer, and the breakfast was a very pricey additional 19 Euro per day (which is ridiculous when all you need is a bowl of cereal and a glass of water!). However, the hotel is situated in an area where there are many restuarants and cafe's so you will not go without many choices for your eating pleasure!
“Great location, uneven service”
The Savoy's location is outstanding and, with a small amount of effort and money, I would wholeheartedly endorse the hotel - but for the following: I reserved 2 superior single rooms. Mine was lovely, having a large window, a nice sitting area with couch and desk, and a separate area for a good size single bed. The newly renovated bathroom was excellent. Strangely, my friend's room, on the next floor, was smaller, with a double bed and nothing else. It had an identical bathroom, though. When my friend asked why her room was different from mine, the staff person appeared annoyed (and somewhat disdainful) and told her that her room had in fact been upgraded (!) [in which case, why not both rooms???]. My friend was informed that her room had AC whereas mine did not . This approach did NOT make us feel better. In addition, we were provided with only 1 small bath towel and 1 face towel each. A request for an additional towel was immediately granted, but only until the next day, so that each day I had to ask for another towel (most unpleasant) . This sense of stinginess extended to the provision of soap. Each bathroom offered a small tube containing what claimed to be a combination of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner(!). Thank goodness I always travel with my own shampoo and conditioner. The hotel claims 4 stars, but these irritants are most often found in a 2 star facility. This was a stark difference from all the other 4 star hotels we had stayed in.

Visited Berlin April 2011. No complaints about hotel.Room large, spacious and very clean.Reception staff professional but not to friendly! 5min walk to train and subway.Good value for money.Berlin beautiful city,well worth the visit.
“Excellent hotel”
Hotel is in an excellent location, close to Kurfurstendam shops, good restaurants, and the restaurant in the hotel itself was very good. Fantastic breakfast, and all the staff were extremely helpful - couldn't fault them.
