Not too bad but lacks staff & food on pricey side
Check-in wasn't the fastest and generally the hotel was probably under staffed. Dinner was expensive for what it was although food was good. When I asked reception about ironing facilities I was initially told to bring the item to the restaurant which seemed very odd, so it was corrected to reception (but I decided not to do so in the end). It's not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement.

A trip to Berlin
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I was kinda scared little bit but it's a very nice with nice custom service. I will stay there again on next trip

Initially I wasn't happy. It was in the middle of nowhere. When I got there nobody was at reception, there was just a sign (in German so I couldn't read it :)) probably saying "please wait" or so. Someone came by, and instead of tending to me, asked me to wait more. The last thing after a long flight and a trek to the Hotel is to have to wait for another 20 minutes... Then in my room, there were a couple minor issues. But those were dealt with and fixed by the staff, so I was happy. The rest of my stay was fine. It's a nice place. Nothing to eat nearby (probably at least a 20min walk). So ate at the restaurant inside the hotel, which wasn't bad. Free internet was a bit slow. Asked about the paid internet, and they gave me a free trial for a day (I think to make up for my initial problems), which was nice.

Receptionist did not cooperate at check-in. Tone of voice and attitude not adequate. booked twin room but given double. Reason rudely explained. They don't know how to handle unsatisfied customer. Got even angrier talking to them although I would have understood and settled for double room if she had explained it in a nice way.

NH Hotels are always "standard". however, with this one, I was disappointed by the quality of the wifi - the basic wifi was slow and of course for the premium, you had to pay.

Booked late and needed hotel with secure underground parking. Good clean functional room - welcome was a little cold but check out great. Not the most personal hotel as normally used for conferences but a nice stay - local area and town very lovely

Frantastic service and front desk staff.
Great place to stay, highly recommend it. Best hotel we have stayed at in 26 days of touring Europe. Great staff, especially the front desk staff and Emanuel Debes. A pleasant front desk staff makes the stay all that much more enjoyable. The only issue I had was I couldn't get on the Wi-Fi, but used their business centre to access E-Mail.

A nice, Clean and Quiet Hotel
For me, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel; staff were helpful and professional. If you drive and want to be staying at a quiet hotel then this one is there for you. I was in a business trip in Berlin and although i clearly requested to my Expedia adviser that i would need to be staying in a hotel preferably in central of Berlin or closer to the meeting venue. i needed the quick access to trains or buses. I was told that this hotel is only a few miles away when it was 24-25 miles from central Berlin. By public transport you will be spending €7.20 a day. By taxi anything from €50 upwards for a return journey to Berlin. Nearest bus stop that has links to train station Wansee is a good 10 minutes’ walk from NH Berlin Potsdam. Bus 620 then takes you about another 9-10 km to Wansee (20-25 minutes minutes). Unfortunately, i spent more money travelling from and to the hotel (taxi) due to the complexity of journey by public transport and the frequency of buses to train station. Most important tip – if you are using a taxi please do not say NH Potsdam as there are other NH hotel in Potsdam and you will end up going round places and paying a lot more even if the driver has made a mistake!! Great alternative to Berlin
We tripped across this hotel in a review and I am glad we did. This is a really high quality hotel located in the suburbs of Berlin. In the morning we would drive into Potsdam and take the S-Bahn into Berlin or stay and explore Potsdam. We chose the low price suit but there was a push to up sell us a larger room. The cheaper rooms are located on the 5th floor with low sloped ceilings with dormers. Really wasn't a draw back since we were only there to sleep and shower. Note: You can catch a bus from the hotel to the S-Bahn.

German efficiency!
It's quite German. The staff are very professional, but probably could be a little more relaxed around travellers. Book the breakfast in the restaurant, otherwise they will try to charge you $17 euro each - we just went to a nice little bakery cost us 10.50 euro for the two of us. The 2 guys in the bar were awesome! Again the waitress could have been a little more friendly. The room was perfect. We are Australian probably value people being friendly so something to take note of.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The peace and tranquillity of the location was the perfect balance to busy city site seeing. There was a great deal to see in Potsdam too well worth revisiting.

Pleasant stay
No fuss check-in or check-out. Staff very friendly and helpful.Except for a low sloping ceiling, knocked my head a few times, we had a very nice and quiet room on 5th floor. Nice surroundings, good view and no traffic noise. Bus stop close by and left the car in the car park.

NH Berlin Potsdam
Had a good stay for a week. The hotel is situated between Berlin and Potsdam, both of which are no more than 30 minutes away by either Taxi or train. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We were very late back one night after work and the kitchen was opened so a meal could be cooked - I can't ask for better than that! Only disappointment was the powdered milk in the room rather than little pots of milk, however when I mentioned this at the end of my stay, I was told they would be happy to provide milk had I asked!

Ansprechendes gepflegtes Hotel in attraktiver Lage
Leider gab es wegen Covid19 entgegen der Leistungsbeschreibung -seitens Hotels.com - kein Frühstück. Das Hotelmanagement zeigte sich aufgrund der Irritationen sehr kulant was durchaus dazu führen wird, das Hotel nun häufiger in die Liste der bevorzugten Unterkünfte für einen Berlin / Potsdam Besuch zu bevorzugen. Die Lage ist für Ruhesuchende eine sehr gute Option. Parkplätze im und um das Hotel. Ebenfalls gute Auswahl an Gastronomieeinrichtungen mit jeweils 15 -20 Minuten Gehzeit oder 5 -10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Uferwege am Teltowkanal direkt vor dem Hotel. Matratzen fest. Zimmer sind zum Flur durch Vorraum schallgeschützt und sind bei Bedarf klimstisiert. Zimmergröße unter der Dachschräge ausreichend zumindest bei gutem Wetter. Leider war die Zimmerreinigung am zweiten Tag unerwartet unvollständig und hygienisch äußerst unprofessionell erfolgt, was die Beurteilung der Hygiene negativ beeinflußt.
