Friendly staff, great hot breakfast, perfect central location, nice restaurants nearby for the evening meal, close to shopping, walking distance to Zoo and to some sightseeings. Hotel has old and new part, our room in new one was great. Right next to hotel we enjoyed Van Gogh cocktail bar with live music.

Very pleasant stay!
We had a pleasant time staying at the hotel, we were worried about the noise being close to the railway as some of the reviews stated, but the room we had was not that close and there was no noise issues. Alexander at the front desk was very helpful in helping me print my boarding pass before my flight! The only issue was the cleaning lady barged in for 2 days straight at 10am where we were still in the room getting ready to head out, she didn't knock or ring the doorbell before coming in so we had to request for cleaning out room later at the front desk. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay :)

Great location, friendly staff, big rooms
Comfortable room with lots of space. Had to ask for coffee pods etc but absolutely fine and no problem getting them. Room cleaning not great. We were there for 4 nights and floor was not cleaned and my son had dropped bits of food on it which were very obvious. Coffee cups wiped out rather than replaced with clean ones. Confusing configuration of hotel to begin with but fine once you’ve figured it out. Sauna quite nice and son enjoyed the little fitness suite. Fantastic location, everything on your doorstep. We didn’t book breakfast as it’s more authentic to go out and have coffee and pastries in one of the local places 😊

Top Location! We did not fully appreciate how good the location is until we got to the hotel. One block from the subway that takes you everywhere and in a quiet street close to everything and full of nice restaurants and cafes. Btw, the famous Cassambalis restaurant (a must do in Berlin) is just across the street. Overall same NH hotel experience (budget hotel, with good internet and A/C, which not always a standard in Europe depending where you are). Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a consistent NH experience (similar to a HolidayInn in the US) without breaking the bank. We always stay at NH hotels in Europe because of the consistent experience when in a budget and this hotel follows the same path!

Great location and value for your money
This is a great location within 350 meters of a Urban station. The bed was real comfortable. The parking garage had plenty of space as well. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Location is very good, Staff are nice and helpful. Bathroom shower is powerful. If the temperature of air conditioner can be set lower will be perfect. Next time will I travel Berlin, I will stay NH again.

Good hotel
The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very spacious. Check in was very slow but other than this I had a great stay at the hotel. It backs on to the railway lines but the windows do a good job at minimising the noise.

Good location
The room itself was fairly generic, large chain hotel in Europe, but the location was excellent, quieter side street in Kurfurstendamm, with excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was crowded, but tasty. Really no complaints.

A sleepless night
Well located pleasant hotel with convenient underground parking. Would suggest specifically requesting a room which is not facing the railway at the rear. The trains run all night and are noisy even with the windows closed.

A decent option for Berlin.
The room had a strong chemical smell from cleaning, opening the windows helped a lot but it was initially very strong. The larger superior rooms are good but there was a lot of dust and dirt in parts of the room. The hotel location is excellent. The staff at reception clearly don’t always communicate together, so I sometimes got a call 10 minutes later about the exact same issue that had already been dealt with by another staff member.
