“Wonderful Hotel and Experience”

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Being in a suite made it feel like living in Berlin - the fully fitted kitchen allowed us to make our own breakfast or packed lunch to take out with us. One day we left the do not disturb note on the door until almost lunchtime and enjoyed a really peaceful lie in. The vestibule in the apartment meant we heard nothing from other guests or the cleaners in the morning. The hotel is near to a couple of supermarkets (the PennyMarkt on the next street was particularly useful). Although there are some sex shops/supermarkets in the area this was not a problem and I would be happy to take my grandchildren here antytime day or night. The staff could not have been more helpful and spoke perfect English, with a safe in the room, a key to the front door and our hotel suite we could not have felt more secure. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Great find, away from the regular city hotels”

I was very happy to find this hotel; located a bit off the main center, but still on the Kurfurstendamm. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms (suite) were comfortable and large, perfect for a 3-day stay. It even had a kitchen, which I did not use, but it was nice to have the option of not having to eat out for all meals. The breakfast buffet was nice, as was the associated restaurants. Also, many nice places around. I further had a free internet DSL line, and option for wireless at cost. The area felt safe, with the metro just half a block away (short trip to the convention center), which was important traveling on my own. Unfortunately, I was in Berlin for business and did not have much time to fully enjoy the town and area, as well as the spa and pool, but they looked great. Definitely, a place to come back to on my next visit to Berlin and I already advised a friend to make reservations.

“Quiet, spacious, modern and clean”

Louisa's Place is one-half block from a subway stop and close to stores and restaurants. Everything about our stay was perfect, especially having the convenience of a kitchen and plenty of room to relax. Highly recommended. Try the Malaysian restaurant around the corner, across from Jivaukti Yoga.

beautifully maintained hotel that has the best of the big chains bested. it has all the charm of a B&B and the highest service standards of major hotel, without all the crowded fuss. the staff is cordial and fluent in english and are as friendly and helpful as the guest might need. the selling point for me was the extra space provided by a kitchenette and living room in addition to your bedroom, which are so frequently small in european hotels, (plus i had a sun room, winter garden) ROOM 308. the location is great for shopping (both high end and tourist stuff) and the U-Bahn is steps away at adenaur place on the ku-dam. my highest recommendations, and commendations, for both the facility and staff who became more exceptional with each passing day.

We were upgraded by the hotel to a wonderful luxury suite with huge living area (about 25ft by 18ft), excellent furnishings and fully fitted kitchen, separate bedroom was of adequate size with 6ft.wide bed.and also well furnished. Good en-suite with walk-in shower. Central location in smart Charlottenburg area of Berlin, directly on Kurfürstendam near Adenauer Platz U-Bahn, but despite this rooms were amazingly quiet. No bar and very small public areas in hotel, but staff very friendly and helpful. Balthazar restaurant in same building is excellent - also provides room-service. Hotel looks brand new throughout, highly recommended whether self-catering or not, and excellent value.

This hotel is centrally located at the Kurfürstendamm (Kudamm), Berlins famous shopping mall. Its a smaller hotel with a private atmosphere and fashionable ambiente. The management and the service is professionel and attentively. I can recommend this hotel to every body who wants to flee the standardized environment and the impersonalty of the big international hotel groups.

“Excellent Hotel - Fantastic Experience”

If you're looking for an excellent hotel experience in central Berlin, Louisa's Place comes highly recommended. The hotel does not have normal rooms, only suites, the standards of decor and comfort in which were outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful but never overbearing. The hotel's attached restaurant, Balthazar, also provides a more than satisfactory room service menu at reasonable rates. We can't wait to go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel.
