The hotel management need to pay attention to the housekeeping department. I stayed for 4nights at this hotel last week to attend an event. Booked this hotel coz it's 2-3 stops away from Messe Berlin. When we checked-in, the room carpet was so dirty, with drinks or dry liquid spilled all over. There was also a pillar in the middle of the room that made the room feel smaller and congested. So I asked the receptionist if she could transfer us to a new room, and she did. The floor in the new room was also dirty, but better than the previous one. The bed was not comfortable as well, small and old. Breakfast was great! The only thing is, they serve the same breakfast everyday! So I was eating exactly the same breakfast for 4days straight. :D Location was good. Lot's of shops/restaurants around, 2minute walk to the subway. I don't think it's worth the price I've paid.

Excellent Stay
This hotel was perfect for our visit to Berlin. It was located close to a metro station that connected us to many parts of the city. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!

The property was extremely well serviced by public transport (U-bahn within 100metres of the lobby), and local shopping precinct within 200M. There were plenty of local places to eat out. Uber from Berlin HBF Train Stn was only EUR10. U-bahn journey to the city centre EUR3,40, and takes around 15mins

The property was in very close proximity to public transport which the staff were only to happy to help with getting to a location. Facilities were good with free Wi-Fi too. Lots of eating places around the hotel and a short stroll to the local shopping center. Would stay again.

This hotel met all my expectations. However, I would have like to have a fridge in my room. Perhaps the hotel will consider installing them.

Out of the centre bit near facilities and transport. Coffee shops all round for breakfast if you don’t want to pay for the breakfast on the nice hotel restaurant room. No English channels on the tv apart from deluxe music. Wi-Fi good and an free which is one of the reason we picked this hotel.

Really nice hotel
Really nice hotel in a good location. We were here for the Coldplay concert and the hotel is conveniently located for the Olympic stadium. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Nice clean room, very friendly staff.

Simple and inexpensive for an overnight stay
I stayed here overnight to catch my early morning fight out of Tegel airport. This was during COVID times, so I was a bit on edge. I wish the hotel did more to provide safety reassurance about cleanliness, sanitzer in the lobby. This is a very simple room and a reliable hotel chain, so great for the price. I just needed more assurance about the sanitation efforts.

I liked the hotel location good for train, tram and taxi links. the bar opening was limited but bars and restaurants close by were freindly and good standard. i did not like the wifi and internet facilities in the lobby these were some what restricted and not private. little or no help for information on covid19 from the staff, help yourself attitude.
