Please alllow me to answer your points. Our guests usually enjoy sleeping in our beds, we are frequently asked where they can be purchased. Our reception team is available 24/7 to answer your questions and accommodate any wishes you may have. We could have provide you with a mattress topper or offer you another room. We are quiet surprised about your critic regarding our toilet paper since we never received such a comment before. IWe strive wherever possible to use sustainable and environmentally friendly products. For example our toilet paper is made of 100% recycled paper and our cosmetics "stop the water while using me" are 100% natural plant-based.
