The breakfast buffet is super. We were really surprised. The room was basic but clean and cozy. We were really lucky as we had a balcony with our room. The hotel is perfectly situated exactly across the street from Charlottenburg Train Station for Deutsche Bahn and the S-Bahn and a very short walk to the Wilmersdorfer Strasse U-Bahn. Also, there are many, many, many shops and restaurants nearby.

The property is directly across the road from S-Bahn Charlottenburg, so it's easily accessible from the airport and from elsewhere in Berlin. The district has a wealth of dining and nightlife options, as well as very nice parks. The hotel itself was perfect for us, room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, I appreciated the towels and soap that were provided as well! Perfect for couples, or individuals travelling who want to be fairly close to Mitte but at a more affordable rate. Overall, I was very pleased, and I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

The location was great. Directly across the street from the S Bahn station. The room itself was clean. The area is a bit noisy with traffic, the trains going by and the people at the restaurants below. Plenty of dining options. The staff were rude. I would not stay at this place again because of the rudeness of the staff,

That's not true. Room was booked so cheaply and still with a discount but expensive for them despite that. And it was a comfortable room with a shower/toilet

Hotel is very close to public transport. So the connection to the s City railway S Bahn is well located.Very bad noise isolation in the room. So you could hear in the room if someone walked past in the hallway. Also the isolation of the walls is very bad you can hear noises from the rooms next door. You can also hear the neighbors showering in their rooms.

The place is very bad. The receptionist was rude to me. There is a huge stair case and no elevator and nobody help with the luggage I am an old person). The neighborhood seems to be dangerous. I did not stay in the hotel.

The surroundings from the hotel is a little loud and dirty, you can see that is a lot of party outside on the street The hotel has lots off stairs and no elevator and no one to help you with luggage, pack light Room was okay but no toilette in the room but a nice shower (I will never understand how someone comes with that idea) Breakfast was nice, most people very grumpy, no one wants to know if you need some help, where you from and where you going For the price maybe okay but I looked around all hotels look the same

Great place - a few steps from the Sbahn exit
Extremely old property which has contracts for local workers as well as hotel rooms sold on various booking sites! Super clean / standard wonderful EUROPEAN Breakfast! Incredible restaurants the block behind the hotel! Just a few steps from the S Bahn!

The property is just "odd", very outdated, miniature bathrooms, no lift for the elderly / disabled, breakfast was edible, staff were unsure whether we allowed to park outside even after we paid them the 50 euros for a permit they issue. Considering the price commanded the hotel in general is POOR!

This hotel was good value. Nothing terribly wrong with it, but to set expectations, the front door is kept locked, and once gaining entry through the buzzer, you need to walk up about two flights of the stairs to get to the reception, which is not 24 hours. It was a bit daunting to show up for a late check in and figure out what to do / where to go. The hotel is clearly functional rather than luxurious, possibly a little noisy, but couldn't fault the value or cleanliness. The front reception staff were very friendly once I was inside and the breakfast was fresh and nourishing.

It was decent and cheap, the breakfast was pretty okay but the fact the floors make so much noise when someone walks past your room was pretty annoying since it can wake you up. The showers are in your room and the room generally isn't very big so if you want a proper holiday experience go with somewhere else.

Value for family in colourful neighbourhood
The location is very handy to S-Bahn and to the main sites/activities of Berlin. The local area has comparatively cheap, good quality food (try Saigon Today!!). The night activities in the block (ie opposite the station) were colourful and sometimes loud. The staff are helpful without much of a smile and the breakfast room is olde-world charming. Our particular room was clean, well serviced and big for a quadruple. Bathroom average to poor. Good value for money for a family.

cheapest place we could find
Room was Ok, bed was not comfortable though. Breakfast was nice. Area is full of restaurants and right near s-bahn. Dodgy at night, prosti*utes and drug dealers literatly on the front steps of the hotel. Hotel staff not helpful or friendly, didn't even say hello when we checked in, just asked for payment of city tax.
