Everything was good during my 4 days i was there . No complaints about anything. The only thing to improve is the weak WIFI in the 3 rd floor . Internet comes and goes . That is the only observation i can make

Great location if you want to be central but in a quiet area, 5 minute walk to the zoo and aquarium and about 15 to the train station. Building is very warm, so if you're worried about staying in Autumn/ Winter - don't be!

Great stay, clean and comfortable room. Staff friendly and helpful Fantastic kitchen equipment, fridge, microwave and hob as well as utensils. Convenient location. Just need to put some handle on all drawers so you can open them!

perfect location within easy walking distance to the Tiergarten park and lots of restaurants, kitchenette with sink, fridge and microwave was a pleasant surprise also. Staff were very helpful too, breakfast had amazing selection, EUR14 a little pricey maybe but was full after it.

Friendly, good location but no air conditioning
Friendly check in. Rooms are clean with kitchenette and microwave however no utensils. No air conditioning but a fan is provided and windows can open for a breeze but not ideal in a hot summer.

We used hotel lutzow only for 2 nights in Berlin and it was more than ideal for travellers! In very central location yet very private which was perfect for us. Very friendly and helpful staff and super simple check in / check out process!

Had a 4 night stay here. Was a bit disappointed with the service recieved as we asked for extra pillows (the 1 pillow each given was so flat) and did not recieve any. Another issue we had was on arrival our safe did not work. We asked at the front desk for assistance and we were informed to check the instructions, which we already did and they did not help. The person said someone would come and fix it, but no one did. I was also very disappointed as there was no hairdryer in the room. If you're epileptic I wouldn't stay here either as the light constantly flickered once turned on in the bathroom. If you're looking for a fridge in your room as well, this probably isn't the hotel for you (however this was in the description when booking). The vibe of this hotel is like a hostel, as we had bunk beds and there was hardly any furnishings. The walls could have done with a repaint as there were grubby marks. However, the beds were super comfortable. Also, the rooms aren't sound proofed at all so I reccomend using ear plugs. There is no climate control so I wouldn't recommend staying here when it's very warm. Location wise it's very good and some staff were very friendly. They were very helpful with luggage storage and allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. Overall, it's a very cheaply priced hotel which is great, and what the hotel has to offer reflects this in the price.

The room has a cooking area with a fridge and microwave, which meant we could buy groceries from the local supermarket, and heat up a hot meal at the end of the day. Perfekt! The local Netto was very handy and well stocked. There are two nearby bus routes we found useful the 100 200, and also the S9 took us all the way from BER Flughafen to Zoologischer Garten, where we walked over to the 100 bus stop and caught the bus to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and patient with our queries. The breakfast was comprehensive; it set us up for a long day ahead; the scrambled eggs were buttery and just right for me. The TV was a good size to watch a spot of German TV, without straining my eyes. The bathroom felt spacious and the shower was powerful and did not feel small. We would stay again.

The property is very nice and very clean. Also, there is an excellent breakfast buffet, even though it’s a little on the pricey side. Most of the staff is absolutely wonderful, except for one of the night front desk clerks. he didn’t want to be bothered with, any of my problems, particularly when I had lost my Apple phone, and I just wanted him to tell me where I could find another Apple store. He just kept telling me it wasn’t open now, and I told him that it didn’t matter to me, because I was going to go in the morning. He absolutely refused to find The location of an Apple store for me, so I turned to a young teenage girl in the lobby who is on her phone and asked her for the information. She got it for me within 10 seconds and then the clerk said oh I have the information for you! Very rude and useless. I can’t say that I would stay here again because of that experience. In an emergency situation when you’re traveling the last thing you need is an employee telling you they can’t help you in anyway shape or form when you know they can.

It is close to the bus stops and to soma main attraction like the Zoo and the Acquarium. Also, in a walkable dustance there are shops and restaurants of great quality as well. The only thing I did not like was that ut was not warm enough and that the curtains had holes in them?

Shower fixing was broken, whole 3rd floor of hotel was covered in plastic wrap. Arrived to check in at 3 (agreed time), staff said to come back in 30 mins as he was too busy( just on his computer). I came back 30 mins later and was told the same again. He and all other staff very rude and seemed annoyed if approached. Whole place felt hostile to guests.

There was no internet connection in my room, asking at reception they answer "look closely" as if I did not understand. The mattress was of very poor quality, it practically folded in the middle. Really small TV. I paid for breakfast and had to walk 3 blocks to get it. Tehir cafe was undergoing renovations, they never told me before I arrived. Really very disappointed.

Tā bija liela vilšanās, jo mēs būtu izvēlējušies dzīvokļa tipa naktsmītni, kur pieejama ūdens kanna, ledusskapis utt. Mums līdzi bija 3 bērni. Palikām 4 naktis, bet nevienu dienu numuriņš netika uzkopts, iznesot miskastes vai nomainot dvieļus. Vienīgais pluss, laba atrašanās vieta.

For what it is the hotel is fine, but it feels much more like a hostel than a conventional hotel. Even basic hotels make an attempt to feel homely, but with no carpets, almost no decor, no communal space, the benefits of here are just the location and well, having an affordable roof over your head- and for a lot of people that's fine. I was tired after long trip and needed a proper rest and convienience-it wasn't for me :-(
