“Maximum Value for Money”

Very nice rooms, helpful staff and the best location in town. Quiet neigborhoud next to the centre just next door to the most useful U-bahn line. Next time I go to Berlin this will definetely be the place to stay again.

Area recommendations

Prenzlauer Berg. Lots of cafes and bars, good value and nice people. Kind of like portobello in London. Unique shops as well. Very nice place for walks and going out at night.

When to go

Late November till Christmas if you are ok with the cold. Everything is festive due to Christmas, there are small "villages" in every square (platz) where you can eat, drink and do some shopping and generally there is a good vibe and atmosphere at this time of the year.

“Great all round hotel.”

Location is very good. 40 mins away by train from schoenefeld airport. The u-bahn station is a directly outside the hotel. Very central and easy connections to all over berlin. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

“Great hotel, excellent location.”

Good quality hotel in quiet location. Literally 15m from the front door to a U-bahn station. Comfortable room with free beer and water! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast quite expensive, but good cafe 200m from the hotel.

“Great Modern Berlin Hotel”

The hotel was very appealing visually, very comfortable and in a great location! The staff wasn't 100% friendly but did help us when we had questions. Overall, I'd highly recommend it - great value!

Mitte was a perfect location - close to everything and safe. Beautiful view of the river.

“Excellent hotel, friendly staff”

Very satisfied: friendly staff, good location, comfy rooms, free water & beer, free wifi (1hr a day, good signal & speed). The air conditioning in my room was broken but they'd already provided a large fan which worked just as well (if not better than unpredictable hotel air conditioning!). Would stay again or with their sister hotel.

“Potentially Noisy”

My internal room, overlooking the interior reception area was noisy both late at night and early in the morning. Otherwise, the hotel was fine - with a great location in the heart of Berlin Mitte.

“Excellent Value Hotel”

This is excellent value hotel. I stayed for 3 nights - hotel clean, room very spacious. There was 2 free beers and 2 bottles of water put into the room free every day. Staff were very friendly. It was close to an underground stop so very handy.

“Disappointing...”

The hotel was easy to get to and quite well located, a 15 minute walk to Museums, 10 to Alexander Platz and 25 to Brandernburger Tor. However room disappointing. Single bed! Air con not working, service lights not working, no bath tub- wet room style.

Impossible! Berlin is a great place!
