Hotel is is in good location with easy access to groceries and dining. Equipped with a kitchenette and dishes for long stays or if you do want to stay in. Also has complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby. Improvements would be a luggage rack and a decent size television as the current 32" is hardly visible .

The room was comfortable and clean. I was on the side of the street where there is a lot of traffic noise, but when you close the window you don't hear a thing. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room had a small kitchenette that was very cute.

Parking in Berlin is a nightmare! Fortunately, at the end weeks of August, enough people are on vacation that most times near the hotel a spot could be found! Good location to get to where we needed to be. Staff were very good.

Nice 👍 place to stay, the price could be better
Great apartment, in a Good area, close to center and schonenberg, zoo, Kudam, Kadewe etc ... The apartment is quite spacious and have a good bathroom with bath and shampoo. Kitchen is basic, no coffee machine or any kind of courtesy like water or tea.

Perfect Stay

We stayed in regular studio rooms which are older, but clean and nice size. Staff was helpful and location is fairly nice. The biggest problem for us was parking! Do not stay here if you have a vehicle unless it is tiny! Street parking is extremely busy and tight and hotel's basement parking lot that is accessed via vehicle elevator is an absolute nightmare to use with how tight the spaces and turning areas are - we should never have tried to do it. We did not have breakfast here and we never did any laundry so I cannot comment on these factors.

Perfect spot for the marathon weekend.
We were in Berlin for the marathon and wanted to book an apartment with cooking facilities. The Citadines were absolutely perfect - really comfortable, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. The marathon goes right by the door so it also makes for easy supporting. We would definitely stay here again.

Very basic accommodation, furniture is very old, reminded me of a hotel in the 90's. It even has a DVD player! No drinking water in the room, you have to take a glass to the lobby to fill up from their fresh water tap. Air conditioning does not function, to cool the bedroom you have to open the door/window, street is very noisy below. This accommodation feels more like a hostel/student accommodation than a proper hotel. Advice for management - refresh the furniture in the rooms, make the rooms look more like the airbrushed marketing images.

We are pleased to share that Citadines Kurfürstendamm Berlin is to undergo a full refurbishment to both apartments and public areas by the end of 2022. During the renovations, we will be addressing the issues you shared with us. Our property is a certified green building and our air conditioning cool in summer our house start with an outside degree of 22 °C, to protect the environment. Good location, only 5 mins walk from the nearest U-bahn. Plenty of places to eat nearby, some with late night openings and convenience stores open until 1 also. Nice, clean hotel, rooms are well equipped apart from no tea and coffee in the rooms (although it is available for patrons in reception area). Enjoyed our stay.

There were an abundance of shopping areas around the hotel, the staff was kind, the room was clean and my room came with a kitchen which I did not expect. There was a grocery store nearby the area for me to cook as well. I usually enjoy cooking so I incredibly lucky to find this hotel and a room here by chance. For the price and quality of my room, it was more than fair. Thank you.

our second experience, good again, no surprises, cannot comment on breakfast (did own). Location is very good for connections everywhere in the city; shopping: across the street is grocery, bakery, Jacques' Wein Depot, a Pho restaurant is a block away (across Bregenzer Strasse at Bayrische Strasse and Olivaer Platz.

This apartment hotel is in a great location, with a U Bahn station at Adenauer Platz 5 minutes away and a great stroll along the KuDamm to the Gedachtnis Kirche. A Rewe supermarket is 5 minutes walk away and there are bakeries opposite the Hotel. Because of it's location on the far side of Olivaer Platz it is also quiet with little traffic noise.My son enjoyed the gym facilities. Our only minor complaint was the lack of spare pillows.

Nice hotel but far from touristic sites
Nice aparthotel. The first room we were given was not clean and they upgraded us to a bigger room, which was nice of them. Comfortable and modern. The only downside is how far it is from the main touristic sites of Berlin. The neighborhood is super nice, especially for shopping, but far from everything else.

Central location and nice rooms.
Great accommodation in central Berlin. Close to the underground makes travel easy from here. Having a kitchen is a good advantage. Room was clean and sufficiently big.

I travelled (first time in Berlin) with my niece...we found the hotel very comfortable...our room was at the back of the house and was beautifully quiet....beds were comfortable and room was quite spacious...the little kitchen was handy to make tea and such...location is very good close to several buses and across the street is a wonderful bakery

Very nice hotel ... the kitchen is well equipped and they provide 24 hr hot drinks station. The only bad thing is there is no cleaning service
