“Apartment in Fredrichshain”

We were absolutely over the moon with this flat. It was in a really nice area (near Frankfurter Tor) and the flat itself was perfect. It seemed like it had all old-fashioned DDR furniture and was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you could need, including things like plug adaptors and even a really brilliant book called 'Taschen's Berlin' (in English). It seemed like the flat had been really thoughtfully put together and conscientiously maintained. Probably not a 'party flat' though, as you're in a residential block so you need to show consideration for neighbours.

“dernier quatier non YUPIE de berlin”

proche du metro et des petits restaurant associatif avec ces galerie d'art et ces petits magasins ce quartier de l'ex "berlin est" n'est pas encore completement aux mains des speculateurs.
