“Very good would stay there again”

Location very good. Small car park which we couldn't park in but NCP with discount close by. Only negative would be the pillows which were very small and square. Another time I'd ask for normal pillows. Breakfast really good. Overall a good stay.

“Not Happy”

Ordered a wake up call for 0530am as had a long journey next day and had to meet my group at 0600am at station. Hotel woke me up at 0630am and completely ruined my, train journey and onward travel plans. It cost me alot of money to hire a vehicle and drive instead.

“Very good - simple but nice”

Hotel is in the middle of centre of town - which can get very rowdy with drinkers at the weekends but hotel doesn't seem to get any of the noise. Hotel is simple but clean and staff are very friendly. Only gripe is that it is rather hot in the hotel - we had the AC running at its lowest temp all night long in September! Definitely would stay here again.

Avoid Friar Street at weekends if you don't like young loud crowds - pubs get very packed

“Good location for Reading festival”

If you don't want to slum it in tents then the Novotel is a good find; it is about 15 minutes walk from the festival and is very comfortable.

“Tres bon choix près de St Pancras”

Pour le même prix les chambres des hôtels classiques anglais permettent à peine de faire le tour du lit ! Ici, chambre de bonne taille bien équipée sanitaires impeccables et petits déjeuners copieux. Service agréable et efficace. 5 minutes à pieds de Angel (à 1 station de St Pancras-King Cross). Quartier sympa avec antiquaires et petits restaurants agréables.
