Nothing major to grumble about but nothing to rave about either. However, I wouldn't order a taxi through reception as in our experience you'll get a taxi who want to charge you over the odds. We were fortunate to be able to compare with another taxi that had just dropped people off. Don't be ripped off. And also, on arrival as we hadn't booked breakfast they offered us to pay £10.50 each there and then or it would be £15.90 in the morning. First of all, it's a buffet breakfast which is fine but is never worth £10.50 let alone £15.90. Secondly, to make breakfast a 'buy it now or it'll be more expensive later' deal says a lot about the type of hotel they're running. So there, seems I did have something to grumble about after all. Not value for money in my eyes, have had deals for grander hotels for a similar price!

For the second time running this year we had a long wait at the reception desk only to find half our pre-paid booking was missing. We were eventually given another room which was rather on the small side. The breakfast staff especially the manageress were very friendly and helpful.

In the modern age of today, you should not have to pay for WiFi in towns such as this. £16 for 24hrs is an extra 10% on the room price!!!! SHOCKING

Went to Henley Rewind festival for the weekend and wanted great location and comfort. Taxi from hotel was only £5 per person (6 people) so will defo be back next year.

Booked hotel accommodation 6 weeks in advance asking for double bed my husband and I and a rollaway bed for son in our room. Booking confirmed and money taken. On arrival told no rollaway beds. Subsequently my husband, myself and son all had to share the one bed for 2 nights, not impressed.

Sieht von Außen alles andere als einladend aus. Im Inneren gehts so, zumindest in den öffentlichen Bereichen wie Lobby oder Restaurant. Das Zimmer war dann wieder weniger prickelnd... irgendwie billig und altmodisch. Aber für eine Nacht wars okay. - Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eher ungünstig. - Frühstück ging so, d.h. es ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht wirklich gut, und zwar hinsichtlich Auswahl als auch Qualität. - Der Service hat noch ausreichend Luft nach oben. Bsp.: Am Check-In warteten mehrere Leute und es war nur ein Schalter besetzt. Eine Mitarbeiterin schaute zwar mal vorbei, machte ein paar Sprüche und verschwand wieder, und so dauerte der Check-In ziemlich lang. - Nett war, dass beim Check-In Cookies und Milch für Kinder standen. - Parkplatz war gratis.
