“Don't forget your ear-plugs”
Very comfortable hotel but the rooms overlooking the main road have no soundproofing so don't forget to take earplugs or you will get no sleep.
“hilton by name only”
I'm guessing we were accidentally given a poor room but this should not happen..window rattled in wind and seemed to be ajar although we could not close it more. Room hadn't been cleaned on our arrival and a quick fix was done while we nipped out. Light fittings in bathroom loose . Grouting was shocking which leaves the bathroom unhygenic. I've seen worse rooms but this one let this hotel chain down imo. Was it be wise we paid so little with sclerosis we got a poor room? I hope not but then again hope the ref of the hotel is better.
“Great family hotel”
We booked this hotel for an overnight stay for a wedding. We took the 2 kids and cant say enough about the staff. they were all really helpful and made a real fuss of the children. They offered a free ice lolly which made the kids day and then played a DVD for them to watch in a separate lounge area. great hotel, friendly staff and breakfast was lovely!
“Great breakfast; mediocre beds.”
The Bracknell Hilton is a nice hotel with very pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the internet access is reasonable, but the beds are mediocre. Overall a nice hotel for a reasonable price.
“Very sloppy service and would not go back”
I have stayed in many Hilton hotels before and generally had a good experience but this one was not good at all, the staff were not motivated, the room booked weeks before was the wrong type and everything happened way too slowly even though the error was the hotel's. Not impressed!
“Okay Hotel for Bracknell”
The Bracknell Hilton is an okay hotel with a friendly staff. F&D Taxi in Bracknell provides good taxi service around Bracknell and to and from Heathrow. I can't seem to get tea at breakfast. Out of 5 days, twice I wasn't asked and once no tea showed up. My room was a good size, but the road noise was so intense that I couldn't open the window without being uncomfortably noisy. Internet service is normal, but can be expensive and slow.
“lower than expected”
The hotel needs renovation. The price should be lower. advantage: 5 minutes walk to underground station. no noise. I stayed two days and then I had to ckeck out becuase i did not have reservation for the rest of my trip. when I changed to another hotel I found it better location, lower price and most importantly much better hotel as overall (cleaner, newer). In my next trip I will try to find another hotel but if I could not I will stay again in the same hotel.
“Too noisy”
The Bracknell Hilton has a very good breakfast buffet with a huge selection. The room was HOT and the traffic noise was deafening with the window open (just a dull roar with the window closed). I had ordered feather pillows, but the room hadn't been changed when I arrived.
“Bracknell Hilton Weekend Break”
Good value, good room, the only thing that let it down was no working heater in the bedroom (provided with a portable as a temporary measure) and very poor buffet evening meal. The Buffett was expensive and mediocre in quality.
“Good Hotel”
Typical Hilton - good rooms, clean, good service - only downside is location is not close to any town centre
