“Don't expect to get a parking space”

Hotel not too bad, but area seemed quite rough. Comfortable and clean though. But there are only 23 parking spaces, which are always full. Was told by a receptionist that they are available first come first served, we had the choice of parking at the station for £8.50 a night or chance it on the road. We were also warned not to leave anything on display. However if you didn't need the car park it'd be ok. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Decent hotel near Heathrow Airport.

“Great for Legoland, Windsor, Heathrow Airport.”

We stayed here for a family trip to Legoland the next day and couldn't fault it. The hotel is only about 5 miles from Legoland Windsor and seems to be quite newly built or refurbished at least. Our room was just fine, not huge when the sofabed was extended for our son, but perfectly adequate. The bathroom (shower room) similarly, wasn't the biggest but was fine. The sofabed in the room was fully extended and made up for us before our arrival. Our room had a nice easy to use air conditioning unit. The hotel is situated right by Slough railway station, so it could be a very handy location, although not with the prettiest of views! The breakfast bar was OK, a bit small and easily overcrowded, but you simply don't get breakfast included at these prices in such nice places anywhere else!

“Rubbish Parking”

Arrived at 7pm to discover no parking available at hotel (only about 15 spaces!) receptionist came out and told me to park in the disabled space and to remove anything valuable from the car as the windows get smashed regularly!! Food at hotel is rubbish but room is clean comfortable and modern, just a shame it is situated in a poor area!!

“For the price, it can't be beat.”

This hotel is newly renovated. It has a small bar and a restaurant that is open a few hours in the evening, and the free "continental" breakfast was closer to an English breakfast than an American continental breakfast. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. If you plan to travel to London or Windsor by train, the location is great. The train station is just a few steps away from the hotel. In fact, it is only 20 minutes into London and just over five minutes to Windsor. Of course, with that convenience comes the noise assoicated with trains passing all night . The noise was not unbearable and it did not really interfere with our sleeping. I would ask for a room, however, that is not on the side of the building nearest the train tracks. The only truly negative feature of this hotel is the neighborhood. The hotel is surrounded by older high rise apartments and commercial businesses. The hotel has a parking lot with an electric arm that requires a code to exit, but the clerk still advised us not to leave anything in our car. We had no problems, however. We took the train into Windsor at night for dinner, which was great. Only 1.40 pounds for a roundtrip ticket if you buy it at the window. The machine is more expensive. It was so easy that we decided to take the train to Windsor the next day rather than drive. The hotel stored our luggage and allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot for the day. It worked out great.

“would stay again”

This is an excellent jump off point for visiting London. The train station is a very brief walk with frequent trains to Windsor or into london connecting with the underground. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was more like a breakfast buffet, with an excellent selection. Our only drawback was that we had requested adjoining rooms for us and aour daughter's family. Although there was a connecting room, our daughter and her children were down the hall.

“Clean hotel, No parking”

only 23 car parking spaces for over 100 rooms. Assume at least 5 of these are already taken by employees front desk explained it was expedias fault that they did not explain there is no parking. Internet was not free as seems to be the case on all holiday inns in the UK, No business lounge either. Hotel was clean modern with very good free breakfast, also next to slough train station if your commuting or travelling and a 24 hour tescos

“Very practical hotel”

Nice hotel and comfortable. But unlike most hotel nowaday, it should have free wifi internet access. If not in room, at least in lobby.

“Perfect 10!”

I got exactly what I expected and more, yes it is a budget hotel so I wasn't expecting anything fancy but what I did get was a clean, well planed and thought out room with all the facilities that I required. Although right next to a train station, I was not disturbed by any noise during my stay - could be I was just situated on the quiet side of the hotel though. The breakfast was complimentary and fit for purpose. The service was great, I found the staff really helpful, polite and efficient from check-in to check-out. the immediate area was not the best to look at but I felt completely safe both day and night time. It's also close to Slough centre and trains, running every 20 minutes, will get you into Windsor in no time. So all in all very pleased with my experience and if I find myself in Slough any time soon, I will definitely been booking with this hotel again.
