“Away from the hurly-burly.”

Working near the centre of Slough, this hotel proved very convenient - although 3 miles away, down some quiet lanes it was quicker to get to the office than from the Copthorne/Holiday Inn hotels only 1 mile away! As a bonus the local (about 1 mile) Burnham Beeches woods are accessible for those looking for a pleasant walk nearby or early morning run from the hotel. The hotel was older style but perfectly equipped with all the necessary plus the small gym, pool and sauna help you unwind at the end of the day. (Alternately you can sit drink/eat in the bar/restaurant but I didn't get round to those and can't comment specifically).
