“Solo traveller”
The location of the hotel is very good. It’s located in the centre of Bergen and closed to the bus stop to the airport. As the room where I stayed looked refurbished recently, it’s better than Radisson where everything was very dated. However, the room was too small (around 9m²? including bathroom) perhaps because I stayed at the room alone? That’s a big problem when you travel on business. As the price was as expensive as Raddison, it’s a difficult choice which I should stay next time.
“Noisy surroundings + beware of being given small room”
When we arrived we were initially given an inappropriately small twin room - given the cost and the period of our stay (4 nights). The room only had two small compartments (large drawer size) to hold all our clothes - no wardrobe. There was insufficient space for a wheelie bag to pass the round the bed. When we complained we received a larger twin room. Our room was not serviced on the second day we were there - reception did not seeem to be too concerned it had been missed and took no action. The hotel is positioned on Torgalmenningen square. This is very noisy part of Bergen in the late evening early morning, with noise from revellers in the street until 2:00 a.m. and the noise of street cleaners from very early.
“Pleasant Stay and Location was Great”
The hotel was centrally located and there were 12 plus resturants within walking distance. There was plenty of night life and shopping.
“Central location”
Better quality hotel than you would expect for 3stars. Don't be put off being above McDonalds- you wouldn't know it was there. Within walking distance of all city centre attractions. Also near to airport bus stop. If doing the "Norway in a Nutshell" tour (recommended) has early breakfast from 0630 and handy for rail station.

“Net hotel midden in Bergen”
Het hotel is in het centrum van Bergen gelegen, aan de centrale winkelstraat. Alles is op loopafstand. De hotelstaf is behulpzaam. Een minpuntje is dat het moeilijk is een raam te open om wat frisse lucht binnen te krijgen.

“メインストリートに近く便利だが…”
２泊滞在しました。１階がマクドナルドでメインストリートに接しており、大変便利です。でも２泊目は朝方までメイン通りでたむろしている人達の声が部屋まで聞こえ少々うるさかったです。ロビーにはPCとプリンターが１台、あと無料でコーヒーなどが飲めるようになっていてよかったです。部屋の広さはまあまあ。冷蔵庫はなく、小さな飲料用自動販売機が設置。その下に引き出し１つ分の冷蔵室がありました。セキュリテイーボックスはなし。部屋内にアイロン、ドライヤーがありましたが、壊れていて使えませんでした。私は朝３時半ごろチェックアウトしましたが、ちゃんとロビーに受付の人がいました。何を重要視するかによって違うと思いますが、安く街中に泊まりたい人には良いと思います。ちなみに空港行きバス乗り場に徒歩５分くらいでした。きれいできちんとした部屋を希望するする場合は他の方が良いいと思います。
