“Nice Hotel with a good location”

The hotel is clean, comfortable and cpnvienient. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the tram to the upper city. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but have nice views. The breakfast was pretty good....although the eggs were from a mix. We felt the rate was a bit high and they charged extra for the parking. They did have two computers off the lobby with free internet. All in all, it was a nice hotel, but price a little on the high side. We absulutely loved Bergamo. Walking aournd the upper city was wonderful wiith beautiful views.

“nice restaurant”

The hotel is nothing fancy but nice. Clean room, moderate size. There is a beautiful restaurant with increadible view on the old town, book in advance!

The old town is close to the hotel and really deserves a tour.

“Really small room.”

This is a great hotel but my room was extremely small. I think my bathroom in my house was larger than this room. Since I was a single person I received a very small room. I would recommend anyone going to get a suite or double room as this one was big enough to put my luggage in and that's about it. No balcony either which was disappointing.

“Excelsior San Marco Hotel in Bergamo,”

Prima hotel maar is wel toe aan een kleine opknapbeurt. Vochtplekken in de badkamer, wat gedateerde bad- en doucefaciliteiten. Kamer was in orde maar wel uiterst klein. Goede ligging vlakbij het kabelbaantje naar de oude stad. Redelijk vriendelijke bediening, prima ontbijt maar eide restaurants waren helaas gesloten.

De oude stad - zeer de moeite waard.

“Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe sowohl von città alta als auch città bassa”

Das Hotel ist meiner Meinung nach eines der schlechtesten 4-Sterne Hotels in Bergamo. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und die Infrastuktur sehr alt und lieblos. in meinem Zimmer war z.B. die Duschwanne gerissen und der Abfluss war verstopft. Das Bad war insgesamt in einem schlechten Zestand. Im Zimmer gab es nur weisse Wände, kein Bild. Im Frühstücksraum hingen paar Bilder lieblos und schief an den Wänden. Alle die spät zum Frühstück kamen, konnten sich eine Scheibe Salami und Käse teilen. Ausser wegen der Lage kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
