No reason to stay here
Our room for first night was truly awful. AC did not function so we opened the window which increased the already loud street noise and let in mosquito!s! A hot, sleepless night. Shower was a walk-in type but without a water barrier so floor was very slippery. Asked to change rooms but since we had used the shower they refused. Moved to back 4th floor for second night. Much quieter and a better shower, but very small room. Was able to get a night’s sleep at least.

Hotel is directly across the street from Bergamo Stazione. Across a street, on the left (if you’re standing in front of the hotel), is McDonald’s, ***Right behind McDonald is BUS 1A (see airport sign) that would take you to BGY (Milan Bergamo) airport.

It was only an overnight stay because I had to catch a flight from BGY. It was real convenient. It was close to the main train station AND bus stop to the airport. Hotel is nice as well. And those who have never been to Milan Bergamo airport, be prepared! Get there 3 hours in advance!! The lines are dreadfully long and chaotic.

Quick stay in Bergamo
Quick overnight stay. Hotel open 24 hours, so when our flight was delayed - there was no problem. Room clean and well designed. Wish we had been there for longer. Great location next to the train station.

Terrible service from this website and the hotel property itself. A booking made in error, wrong dates, but 9months in advance. Contacted both within 2 hours of booking to try and cancel and correct it to the right date, but neither would allow for it. They would have easily resold the room in that timeframe, but chose to be greedy and unhelpful. Avoid.

Clean, conveniently situated Hotel.
We had a twin room on the top floor which was adequate. Breakfast not included in the price.. this was €10 per person. No restaurant for evening meal. Room was clean, shower was good. Right opposite train station and bus stop to/from airport. Walking distance to the beautiful Old Town funicular. Staff all courteous and helpful...

The convenience of the location (across from the train station) and the ease of walking to the Citta Bassa centre were 2 main advantages of the hotel. However, the area could be quite dark to walk around (other than going up Via Papa Giovanni XXIII) and it did not make pedestrians feel safe. Overall, clean and nice rooms, although it could be a bit noisy for rooms in lower floors (first or second) due to road traffic.

Hotel across the road from the station but don't let that put you off, it was very clean and quiet, room was well kept, a good size, plenty of cleaning products. Have breakfast at the lovely cafe next door/joined at the right of reception

Nice hotel. Clean and the staff is very helpful.The Hotel is located in the center. The is a parking - cost 14 euros per day. It is not clear why they charge extra for it..

Bergamo for a couple of days
Bergamo well worth a couple of days. Hotel is opposite Rail & Bus Stations, but a fair walk to the Funicular Railway to get you up to the Old Town, the highlight. Room average - small, dated furnishings, good bathroom. Breakfast not taken, but very competitively priced is booked onsite. Good flexibility offerings (free) for late check out. Luggage storage offered.

Great Value for money.
It was a flying visit for us however the hotel is in a perfect location, only 10 mins from the Airport by bus and literally next door to Bergamo Train Station. I arrived pretty late at night with my 7 year old. The staff were very friendly and pointed out various options for us to eat. All of which were less than a five minute walk away. Room was nice and clean. Great size and also had good air con.

Very close to train station and not too far to talk to the old town. Hotel was nice and the staff let me leave my bag there when I arrived in the morning before check in.

Very convenient
Hotel is conveniently situated within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only a few metres away from main bus station. Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean and modern. Will book again for my next trip

Great!
The room was comfortable and clean, so convenient as it is just across from the train station and from there you can easily get taxi or bus to the airport. I just as just in transit but the hotel was perfect for what I needed.
