The location is perfect close to train station, walkable to the lower city centre or transportation to higher city Staff is very helpful and pleasant, room was very clean and breakfast was good with a good variety.

We both commented on how well maintained and clean the hotel was. It was central and easy to get to from the airport and back, and a good base for both Citte Alta and Basa. When we return to Bergamo, we will likely use this hotel again

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was conveniently positioned with the train station only a short walk away. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the funicular railway to Citta Alta is a walkable distance from the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again when we return to Bergamo.

Nice Hotel
Check in was great. They called a maid to clean my room for early check in. Agenes was very helpful with msps, directions for sightseeing and using public transportation. The hotel is very nice looking. The only criticism is that the bed and pillows are hard. That seems to be common in Italy. Location is perfect. Easy access to the train station and the old city.

The hotel is very central , a short pleasant walk to the Fenniscular to take you up to old part of Bergamo , and handy for the new part of Bergamo. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more friendlier and helpful. The hotel is lovely , very Italian and we had tea and coffee facilities in our room , toiletries ( including shower cap) as well as robes and slippers( ordered via the booking -free), I even got my feather pillow I had requested ( free). We paid extra for the breakfast which had plenty of choice , hot and cold choices.

Perfectly positioned hotel. Great breakfast for €10. Only downside was the bed dipped in the middle plus not the best of pillows. Too hard and bumpy.

We arrived to a very warm welcome at reception (shame I can't remember the lady's name as she was fantastic throughout) and were able to access the room straight away, even though it was only 10am, which we really appreciated. The hotel is in a great location, easy access to the higher part of the city and the train station. Our room looked newly refurbished and modern and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with great continental choices as well as scrambled eggs, bacon etc. We had a brilliant stay and absolutely recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel for sight seeing and early flight
Close to the station and airoprt bus (number 1) right outside hotel In my humble opinion, it is not a 4 star hotel, 3 star at best, however it was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. I can't do Italian breakfasts that include bacon and scrambled eggs so didn't pay for breakfast butdid have coffee and orange juice althoug otange juice is the duluted version. All in all easy to get to from station and worth the price.

Great location, shame about the bar
Location is amazing, hotel is clean, room was a nice size, breakfast was great and terrace is lovely. Down side is the lack of bar or restaurant - although they state 'bar/lounge', it is literally a tiny stall in a small area in the brightly lit breakfast room, which only opens 6pm - 10pm. And at 9:45pm, you are asked for last orders. Otherwise, this hotel would have been perfect.

The hotel is in a great location - about a 10 minute walk to the funicular that takes you up to the Old Town (Citta Alta). Many restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom spotless! Breakfast was good too!
