“NO PHONE IN ROOM!”

didnt have a phone in our room bed matresses were wore slap out. Had a smell to the room. had to kick my door to get it open (no joke). But i can say the room was clean when we arrived! wont be staying there again.

“not ever again”

room smelled like smoke. Carpet was dirty. I would not recommend . They need to tear down and start all over.

“Unsavory”

We stayed at this hotel because we discovered late that we would not be able to stay at a family member's home due to their 3 daughters coming to town for the weekend of a Razorback night game. When we booked a week before the game there were only 2 hotels available in the entire Fayetteville area and I thought I could tolerate anything for one night. The place was downright nasty. The interior hallway smelled like urine. The rooms smelled bad. They were filthy. I would not allow my family to walk barefoot on the floor or take a shower. I was worried about stepping on used needles. Didn't hang around for the free breakfast. I would drink a cup of coffee and drive back home to Little Rock after a night game rather than stay here again.

“Nice place to stay.”

This was a nice place to stay. We would certainly stay here again. The staff was very helpful and polite.

“Disgusting”

We didn't stay. Took a look at the room. Old, worn out, small. Totally unacceptable. Many nice national chain motels within a mile with large, clean rooms for $20-30 more. This dump is not worth the money.

“Worst experience of our life, we didn't stay and we paid for 3 nights”

This was a horrible filthy Hotel. When we were checking in one of the other Hotel guests were complaining of NO water coming from the faucet and shower of their room. There were smail BBQ pits outside the doors of some of the rooms. There were holes in the mattress of one of the beds in the room they gave us. ( I only pulled the covers back on one of the beds. I was checking for signs of bed bugs.) The toilet was running constantly when we entered the room, so I lifted the tank lid to see what was wrong and I found a big, molded, floating apple. At first, it looked like a red and black misshaped ball. The sheets were thread bare. We decided to give them back the key. As we were walking out our door (in the back of hotel on 2nd floor) There were two men discussing some kind of a deal involving an exchange of money between themselves. There was a connecting door between our room and theirs. We were concerned for our safety. We ended up sleeping in the car of a closed Sam's Club parking lot in Springdale next to a Walmart. We felt safer there with a few 18 wheelers parked by us. We had travelled to Springdale because my granddaughter had an emergency c-section and delivered a 27 week pre-mature baby because she had pre-eclampsia and they needed to get the baby out. The other 2 nights we stayed at hospital.

“Not a bad choice for a low-cost hotels”

The room wasn't bad, and the 'fridge and microwave worked. The only complaint I had after getting my room was the wi-fi being out of service, though that has probably since been fixed. I could access the hotel network, but not the internet beyond that. The continental breakfast wasn't bad if you like waffles, toast, and cereal, and miserable hotel coffee (what could one expect there, though). It was a decent location for me as well, with a grocer down the road and restaurants nearby, and it was not too far from the home of the family members I was visiting. You can spend more for better, but I'd stay here again.

“There's a reason there's no star”

The floor was dirty, there were flecks from the ceiling on the bed. We wouldn't walk in the room without shoes because the carpet looked so gross. Course if was one of few available at the last minute on a football weekend.

“satisfied customer”

The hotel was nice. I have no complaints.the room was very comfortable.
