“Good if you're on a budget.”

Dirty, hanging things from the ceiling. Bathroom door doesn't stay open by itself. Only room for 1 person in the bathroom. Red stain in bathtub, tile and counter top in kitchen area.

“Don't Expect Much and You Won't Be Disappointed”

I have stayed in a lot of motels and other Extended Stay Motels, but this one did not meet the standards. I understand it's an extended stay motel so house keeping is a minimum, but when I took our towels down for clean towels I was given 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and one wash cloth for two people. When we first got there, there weren't even any hand towels or wash cloths in the room. I had to have my key card re-keyed every day and sometimes multiple times in one day. The carpet in the room was thread bare and didn't look clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when called upon. I will not be going back to this motel.

“Will NEVER go back there.”

I first got booked to a smoking room, I don't know if that was my fault or Expedia's. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Hotel was very dark and room had an ordor. Stains on the carpet and I ensured to keep my socks on while there. No security lock on the door made for light sleeping and I was too grossed out to hardly touch the bed. I thought out attending a game in Fayetteville at some time for the Hogs, but now know that this hotel just won't due.

“Can't wait to go back”

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was obvious there was some work going on at the hotel. It appeared they were in the process of making some upgrades. The room was a nice studio apartment. It is definitely the place to go if you have kids or plan to stay longer than one night. My husband and I are already planning our next trip to take the kids.

“Most Impressed”

Truly blown away with the quality of service and quality of our room. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked perfectly. The appliances were wonderful and helped to save us some money on our austere budget for this trip. The hotel is well located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the interstate. Lots of restaurants and things to do within a very short drive. I recommend this property without hesitation and can't wait to return!

Area recommendations

A variety of restaurants, shops and malls are well within a twenty minute drive. The University is about 25 minutes away.

“No frills fits the bill”

This was certainly a no frills hotel. The room was clean and quiet, but plain. The hallway and the stairwells were dirty. Trash cans outside were overflowing. It was right on the highway. The neighborhood around the hotel was an odd combination of residential and office park. However, we needed a cheap place to stay for one night, and this place fit the bill.

“Served my needs.”

I have no idea why someone would not like a comfortable hotel just off the interstate with a fridge, two desks, wifi and a comfortable bed.

“Good for the Price”

Not the best, not the worst. Needs to have someone at front desk to check out by 7:00 a.m. Room was CLEAN and we would stay there again.
