IT WAS CONVENANTALLY LOCATED.THE PRICE WAS AFFORDABLE.THE BED WAS CLEAN AND COMFY.THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD SELECTION AND WELL KEPT AREA.PERSONEL WERE KIND AND CURTIOUS.ALL IN ALL WE'D GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

“Depends on your needs”

The downside to staying there was that College Ave is an old highway and a very busy street. There was tons of street noise and loud music from vehicles. Also, the curtains did not block out the light from the outside, and it was really too light in the room at night. We never take advantage of the breakfasts because as seldom as we travel we want a real, good breakfast on the road. It was no problem checking in and out with Expedia having taken care of everything.

“Good place to stay”

The Days Inn is a good place to stay when you are in Northwest Arkansas. The rooms are clean and well kept. It is an older hotel that has been remodeled fairly well. The amenities offered are good: refrigerator/microwave, hair dryer, coffee pot, ironing board/iron, tv, radio/alarm. The wireless internet leaves much to be desired; I kept losing the signal and would have to run wireless troubleshooter to regain the signal--this occurred enough to get very annoying. The hotel is in a central location for Fayetteville. Overall it is well worth your money to stay here.

“A very nice little hotel, especially for the money”

I went to Fayetteville for a couple of days for business and the Days Inn was a very nice place to stay with excellent service and very friendly people. I would definitely stay there again.

“Good except for bathroom”

The room was clean. Had a weid odor though. My husband said it was an "old hotel smell". Bed was very comfortable. Main bedroom area was clean. However, the bathroom wasn't very impressive AT ALL. Tub had hair in it. There were spiders and crickets and there was tile ,literally, hanging from the ceiling leaving a space PLENTY big enough for "whatever critter" wanted to crawl in. AND there was "some" kind of small pods stuck to the walls in the bathroom. Overall, not bad, but the cleaning crew/maintenance crew REALLY needs to step it up in the bathroom.

“Good for the price, EXCELLENT for the location”

The hotel staff was very polite and efficient. There were not problems. The hotel looks a little dingy from the outside, but the inside is fantastic. I had absolutely no issues with anything. The location is AMAZING! It is in the center of Fayetteville which is perfect if you have business in Springdale or you need to get to Dickson Street. They offer a great breakfast buffet. No complaints, hope you use this hotel. I will use it again when I go back in a few weeks on business

“Not what it used to be”

I had stayed at this hotel many times during my child's college years, completely satisfied and safe. Being a single parent, I stayed here for the low-price and proximity to UofA. On my recent stay, I was quite disappointed. It seemed to have a lot of shady customers so to speak. Lots of in-and-out traffic and truckers. The property itself was quite run-down, in need of general maintenance. I did not feel completely safe. There are no safety locks on the doors. The room smelled strongly of bleach, which I know signifies attempts at cleanliness, but it gave me a headache within 5 minutes. I wouldn't recommend to a family or single woman for sure. Disappointed mom will find another hotel next trip.

The room was very clean, large and fairly quiet. We ere very satisfied and would stay there again. Thank you !!

“Close to campus and good breakfast”

The King sized bed was comfy, though the curtain did a poor job of blocking out the street lights. It was fairly empty during the week, so I got a ground level room, right next to the office. It was fine for my short stay. I liked that the breakfast started so early, with waffles, coffee, and fruit that was beyond most continental hotel breakfasts. I'd consider staying here again because it was close to restaurants and campus.
