For my first trip to India - I was looking for safety, comfort and location. This Hotel offered all of he above and more. I arranged for the Hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport (about an hour away); it was more expensive than a regular taxi, but the airport representative met me at the departure door, escorted me to the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Once I arrived - the security at the gate was impressive; so I felt completely safe. The food was very good and offered both local fare and cuisine that I am more familiar with. When I needed to arrange further transportation - the staff did so quickly and efficiently. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the concierge were fabulous. When I go to India again - this will be my Hotel. I will not look anywhere else.

Lovely hotel, clean large rooms, got a free suite upgrade. Make sure you have the printout as they wanted to charge for airport transfer and breakfast, already included in the plan, why this doesn't make it on to their system I don't know.

The hotel is located quite inside from the main road . It was difficult to locate. But once you reach there the experience changes. There was some confusion at the entrance. The parking is badly planned and inadequate with any events going on. The rooms are nice and big.
Overall a good experience for business travelers.
The Hotel is clean and may be 4 star according to Bengaluru ( local) standard but certainly not for international standard.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days while a friend was visiting me in Bangalore. We are both from the United States and agree that this was by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at and for an amazing price. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The bathroom was also beautiful and so was the shower. My only complaint is that the mattress on the bed was quite stiff, but the bedding and pillows were soft. The LCD TV was a good size and had many channels to offer.
As for the complimentary breakfast buffet, it was exceptional! Always something different but it offered fresh South Indian breakfast as well as some American cuisine like an omelette bar, pastries, and parsley potatoes. The head chef, Santosh, was very friendly and always made a point to ask how our food was and go out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
Everything about our stay was great and I regret only being there for 3 nights. The outside of the hotel was just as beautiful as all of the decor inside. I do wish that we could have enjoyed wifi during our stay, but it was very expensive and not worth the purchase at all (600 rupees for 24 hours).
Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a luxury stay for a fair price.
