Indoor stadium is way too far. Staff should try and match up visitors so as to make visitors use the indoor games. Discotheque should not be charged extra in any day or stay package.
Restaurant staff have a potato stink. Starters taste must be Improved.

Hotel located at Block 5 which is not mentioned in the Booking slip. Hotel reception is demanding extra money for check-in at 8am. Internet available in the reception and not in the room. When I asked guidence for locating other placing the reception suggesting to see in the map, they dont have courtesy to guide.

I and my future fiancee had gone there to celebrate our New Year together. This gave us the secluded space we wanted for ourselves. But the room service was poor and we had to pay for water in cash(even though I said I will clear all while checking out..:X). Overall atmosphere is good, free WIFI was good as well. Food is excruciatingly costly and not at all up to the mark. Only reason I would go back there is the cost of the rooms and the ambiance and elusiveness of the place!!

The staff at this hotel were outstanding and would do anything they could to help you. I found them to be courteous and non intrusive which I find very important when staying in places like these.
Rooms were very clean and are cleaned extensively every day. Breakfast is very Indian orientated but they do have a choice of omelettes which was fine for me seems as I don't eat spicy food.
I will be staying here again on my return to Bangalore at Christmas!

I will give you my first hand experience, no gimmicks, marketing or made up information.
This should help majority of you out there, I think.
I wasn't aware of the 12 noon check in and 12 noon check out rule.
When I landed in Bengaluru at 2 am, obviously I made it to the hotel around 4 am with all the airport check out and commute (25 mins) from Airport to Chairman's resort in Sahakar Nagar.
Since I had the reservation for the day I arrived at 4 am, I wasn't able to check in until 12 noon without paying one more day's room cost. So basically from 4 am to 12 noon and from 12 noon to next day 12 noon - (2 days charge total)
Keeping in mind that booking through Expedia, the Hotel has limited options to give you since bookings through Expedia are more cheaper than a walk in booking (if rooms available).
Studio room rates: Walk in or call in booking direct with the resort : Rs 2500 + 24% tax and Expedia booking was Rs 1950 (including all taxes)
Since I was there at 4 am, I agreed to pay one day charge up to 12 noon same day and I actually needed to check out by 6 pm as per my schedule so the staff was kind enough to charge my only for half of the post 12 noon rental.
Since I booked through Expedia, they charged me 1950 for 4 am to 12 noon and 1000 (1950/2) for 12 noon to 6 pm.
The complimentary breakfast was very good since it was outdoor across the front lawn and good menu as well.
Summary: It was a pleasant and carefree stay, staff was really co-operative and helpful.
