Low budget, safe and nice location
Comfortable place, nothing fancy and bit old'ish, but safe and secure. There is loud nightclub on backside of hotel, it might disturb you until midnight if your room is on that side of building. Lots of restaurants in walk distance.

The positives: the bed is awesome. One of the most comfortable beds I slept it. The breakfast was nice on the top floor with pleasant view. Also Indiranagar is a nice area. The negatives: I think it's overpriced. There is no view (can't see through window), the walls feel old. Checkout had issues, staff expected me to pay even though I booked through Expedia. I didn't provide my card details, but I am still not sure if I will be double charged. It's not hotel's fault though.

Value for money.
Value for money. The location is amazing . But the best part of the hotel is its people. The staff is one of the best i have experienced. Very polite , helpful . Every single person we interacted with , right from the service desk to the room service to the staff in kitchen, everyone was very polite. Really great guys. The only thing that i did not like was that the room did not have ventilation but given that we didnt stay indoors , it wasnt too bothering. Overall very good stay!

Quaint hotel in the middle of Indira Nagar
Stayed one night at Justa Residence. Got upgrade to the studio room. Very spacious, large room. Excellent service and quite quiet given that the hotel is just off 100 Feet Road. Makes it accessible to a number of eating, drinking and shopping joints.

A nice stay
The hotel is a small one but comfortable. I had 2 bookings within the 7 days with a break of 2 days in between. The breakfast was mainly an all Indian menu expect for the eggs & fruits. The Indian food was very good though. I tried the western food from the room service menu & it was terrible. The room is comfortable & clean but the bathroom should be painted & cleaned properly, especially the shower cubicle.

A cosy & quaint hotel....
A lovely quaint hotel situated in a vibrant location. It has a good local breakfast buffet to start the day off with served by very friendly & accommodating staff. The room is generally comfortable & clean however the bathroom could do with a overall sprucing up. It did not fell crisp & clean. The staff were the stars of this hotel, ever helpful & always smiling. However, the food I ordered from room service Western menu was a huge disappointment.

Avoid it, there could be better places
This place was a nightmare for a biz traveler. I saw lot of reviews about bad WiFi and they are all true, which i did not believe, to my own peril. On top of the bad speed/connection, they even wanted to ration it - allowing only one device and had to constantly ask them for user id and pwd. I don't think they have either grasped or understand the nuance of hotel management. The rooms are also old and badly lit. The only saving grace was a decent breakfast

Just a service apartment with poor Wi-fi
This is more of a service apartment than a hotel. The Wi-Fi is real bad along with cellular connectivity. The only saving grace is location but that also is difficult to get on the map.

Good Hotel... could be much better though !!
Justa is a decent hotel located at Indiranagar, Bangalore. Rooms are large, beds comfortable and linen is clean. Hotels seems to be old and need some serious repair / up-gradation at many places, specially washroom area. Toiletries are of below expectation quality.Food is ok, however, service can be much more quick. Overall, at similar price, there are better options available in Indiranagar, so use it if its the last option and you want to stay at Indiranagar only.

very very ordinary hotel not worth to mention.
it was very disappointing not only with the staff but with Expedia too as on reaching at hotel i was told that no informations have with hotel on showing the mail received from Expedia they asked to forward the same twice then on;y after waiting for more than one hr.room was given.The wash room of the room no 4004 allotted to me was horrible when i complained about the same to staff that room has lot of mosquitoes his answer was since fan was not on hence there are mosquitoes he was least concerned. To be very honest the hotel is not worth for more than Rs 1000/ per night for which you have charged about 4500/

Excellent stay!
My husband and I had recently stayed at the Justa property in Indiranager, Bangalore. We had a minor issue initially at the time of check-in wherein Hotels.com mentioned that the room charge has been paid for, but actually it was to be paid at the hotel. Once that issue was sorted, we got excellent service and had a great stay. We got upgraded to the studio room and also got extended check out. The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities. The location is just off 100 feet road, which has great pubs and restaurants. The breakfast although limited, but was fresh and just enough. The staff was warm and helpful. Only issue we had was that the wifi kept getting disconnected and they had a dynamic user ID and password set-up, for which we had to reach out to the reception desk twice. Highly recommended for a short stay or for a business trip. We will surely be back again.

In a manner which can be suffered or endured
First time stayed this hotel. Convenient near 100 feet RD therefor you may go eating & shopping on your foot not concerning yourself with your deep flavor. The room is large with kitchen and living that had comfortable sofa but no hot shower. My several credit cards were not accepted so finally I pay by cash.

Good hotel, room needed a deep clean.
The stay was okay. The hotel staff is great, though when we arrived they said they didn't have our room reservation from Hotels.com and told us the hotel was booked, so watch out for that. They tried to move us to their nearby property. We eventually go them to "find rooms" in the hotel after we told them our friend was meeting us there in 30 minutes and we couldn't leave (which was true). Not sure what the issue was. The room itself was clean but the bathroom smelled like it hadn't been scrubbed in months, I had to keep the door closed to it during the stay. Breakfast was okay and other than the initial issue the hotel staff was very helpful. You can walk from here to some restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores and rickshaws are all over the place for transport.

It is a great option for the local area
The hotel is quite nice and I return everytime I have to visit a client in that area. The rooms are large and clean and the staff do their best to provide support. There is an adequate shopping street (100ft road) right nearby for those seeking such a distraction, otherwise I do not think that the area offers much else. It is a great option for those seeking accommodation in the Indiranagar area.

Peaceful Boutique Hotel
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel which already says a lot. So quiet you'd never know that you're 2 blocks away from busy 100 Feet Road. My room was spacious, and the housekeeping staff was efficient and thorough. I highly recommend the kitchen. I tried a wide variety of dishes and they all tasted authentic. Do try the stir fried vegetables, and the hot and sour soup. Congrats to the chef. But overall, it's the staff that excels. Everyone is professional and attentive. Ashok at reception, Srijith in sales and Mr Bodh, head of housekeeping went out of their way to help me with my arrangements after news of a personal emergency. Although my stay was unfortunately shortened, I saw that the high standards have not changed over the years, and I would book again.

Good Value walking distance from 100ft road
Having stayed at 3 different Justa hotels (Delhi, Goa, and Bangalore) this location ranked third for us (albeit very close to the Delhi property). The rooms were clean and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. The only drawback was the dated almost rundown look of the restaurant. I think having come from the very well decorated Delhi, we expected more from the Indra Nagar property but all in all we were happy with our stay

Outstanding service
This little hotel has the great combination of being tucked away on a quiet street, but is only a 5 minute walk from the heart of a great shopping & nightlife neighborhood. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, meeting all my special requests very graciously. I was disappointmented that their Japanese chef was off the evening I was hoping to try their extensive sushi menu. But otherwise the restaurant service was good and the food was delicious.

Exceptionally nice stay thanks to Justa staff
Me, my parents and three kiddos had a nice family vacation in Bangalore at Justa. I was personally a little wary as we were staying with kids but they found lil' fish to play with near the reception area...:) and all was well. The location was great for us. Add to that, the friendliness of the stafft at Justa. Room service was great and they were very helpful in arranging local commutes as we were not very familiar with Bangalore. Of particular mention was the breakfast that was to the "extreme" likeness of my parents as well as the kids. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at Justa, would highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Oasis of peace in busy Bangalore
My highest praise goes to the staff, particularly at reception. Both Srijith and Roma are very patient, kind, efficient and helpful. They were always respectfully friendly. I should mention that this was my third stay at this, and their Ulsoor location. I have reasonably high standards, so I think that says a lot. The same goes for the restaurant. The chef is excellent. I'm often leery of menus that read like shopping lists. Too diverse, and everything seems to either, taste the same, or nothing like what it's written up. Not so here. I had a great waiter, Sankar, who could antcipate my wants. If I mentioned favorites, he always remembered. After my first week, I would just hand him the menu on my way out from breakfast, and have him recommend something for dinner. The housekeeping staff was equally efficient, thorough, and discreet. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my toothbrush on the bathroom counter. If you like peace and quiet, the hotel is located in a lovely residential area. However, if you need a main street with good shopping, 100 feet road is a 3 minute walk. As a solo woman traveller, I felt quite safe walking alone using sensible precautions. If I had any criticism, it would be that sometimes the towels didn't appear clean, because it seems that some women use them to remove their make-up. While this is hardly the hotel's fault, it can be a little off-putting My only concern with going back would be that I book early enough. This hotel seems to fill up fast.

OK on a mid range budget
If you just need somewhere to stay whilst out each day, this place is fine. My room was comfortable the wifi was reliable and fast enough and the staff are very accommodating. Breakfast left lot to be desired tho'. Served in the roof top breakfast bar there is a nice breeze and that is all you can say for it. There is a Costa less than a minute away which is a better bet .Room service for other meals is ok. Major problems finding it, taxi from the airport took about 2 hours to do a one hour journey.

Small factors that need to be taken into account
The stay at your hotel was comfortable during the day. But given the fact that the booking detail mentions that we are a group of 3 adults with 1 child checking in, the overlooked factor was the bedroom. Honestly, do you think that bed would be comfortable for 3 adults and 1 child. This was not noted despite calling the reception a couple of times for extra bed, which they were unable to provide. This was the only marring factor. Rest ,no issues or complaints as the staff were very cordial and quite helpful during our stay.

A good experience indeed and the morning breakfast spread was decent. Staff were courteous. customer focused and friendly. Hotel location was very convenient and though close to bustle of the city, it was far less noisy. The only thing I found missing was a proper mirror in the room that would have added to the convenience.
