Will never book stay at this properity again, it as not clean and more over, this the first time I have ever experienced that they take the payment during the checkin basically they dont trust the guest. Also the food cost is very expensive and not up to the standards. The rooms were durty, sheets had stains and it was clear that they will not wash the bed sheets.

Ok, could be better
The initial room they provided was not as expected, with twin beds instead of a single king and the view was to the shopping centre instead of the City with no natural light. Room looked very rundown and I complained to get it changed which they did by the evening when I got back. This one was OK but could have also done with a refresh. Apart from that, service and hospitality was excellent, so OK experience overall.

My recommendation to the hotel is to invest in minor cosmetic updates to the rooms, like re-caulking the bathtub and showers as it’s not looking hygienic. And adhere to some covid precautions such as staff being masked. Otherwise, good property and location.

One of the beautiful property in this area, and as Sarovar is a total eco friendly hotel and they make sure the resources are best used. Loved our stay here and can promise to be back whenever possible.

The hotel manager, Mr. Abhijit, went out of his way to ensure my stay was excellent. I have never encountered, either in India or overseas, a hotel manager so engaged and hands-on! Thank you, Mr. Abhijit! He even provided me with an in-room router so I could make high-quality Zoom calls with my US colleagues. The food was also very good and staff tried hard to please guests. Room was very quiet and generously spacious (huge sitting area and kitchenette PLUS a large bedroom - comparable to a large one-bedroom apartment).

Spacious rooms but not 4 star quality
Service from one person at front desk, Subramani, was exceptional - better than at a 5 star. Otherwise, this property has great space but lacks the polish that makes for an upscale business hotel. suitable for a quick trip for the central HSR location. The breakfast needs improvement and they play the same elevator music on repeat non-stop.

Good stay
Overall the stay was great. I had a last minute guest accompanying me and i had booked a room to accommodate an extra guest if needed. Initially i was denied extra roll in bed and after i demanded that i paid extra for the last minute guest they provided the roll in bed . I did not have to do that since the original booking was for 2-4 people room .

A comfortable stay
The building is a bit old, but rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very service-oriented. On one occasion a staff went out of his way to help us with an urgent business need. I'd definitely stay there again.

Decent & Safe Business Hotel
Nice business hotel, convenient if you have meeting around Silk Board area otherwise you waste so much time in Bangalore traffic. My 2nd time. Fairly large room and BF is decent. Prices are good with some good deals (Lunch Buffet - Buy 1 get 1). Overall decent business stay hotel. Next to a mall (but not happening) All basic amenities in place.

The suite was clean, well-appointed and spacious. The furnishings looked modern and recently upgraded. The staff was polite and helpful. I found the in-room dining very convenient with extensive menu and good food. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent Stay could have been much better.
Decent Hotel. Had stayed for 2 weeks on stretch. Stayed 4-5 times till date. Good :- Breakfast and Services from Staff at Buffet. Special mention to Ms Shravani who took extra care during my stay about my choices in breakfast.. Though food options should also include more continental options. Check in is smooth and welcoming. Hotel is nicely located. Can be improved :- In Room dining options, food quality and taste is not that great. Toiletries are not put with good quality as per charges for hotel. Every time need to call reception to get some.. News paper service should be provided given amount they charged. Even after a couple of requests got only once. Laundry staff needs to be more professional in handling clothes etc.

Decent Hotel option with great accessibility..
It's like an decent 3.5 to 4 star hotel. Good accessiblity. Good Staff and decent break fast options. Not too fancy but a good enough options. Can try little more innovative though in spread. Staff is courteous and welcoming. Sometimes for toiletries had to callup to get those. Housekeeping requires some polishing though.. But overall decent stay for business trip.

Very nice hotel with Madiwala view. Very polite and friendly staff. Good food. Right next to mall, and accessible to many key areas around madiwala and kormangala. Only problem i had was traffic in madiwala junction to get to hotel.

Hotel was fine. The area was not terribly walkable, but I felt safe. I had business in Electric City, Bangalore and Hosur, so this area was convenient. I'd stay here again.

Good - Staff is very respectful and courteous. So So - Food is ok Bad - Rooms are not sealed and you can hear the outside traffic even on the sixth floor.

not cheap , but good value for money
excellent stay. large and spacious room. good facilities, service and meals. I'd do something with the horrible traffic - better to book Ola in advance. the wet market next to the hotel is problematic. meeting were delayed because of the traffic. however, if walking isn't a problem there are a lot of wonderful places to eat and drink nearby.

Overall excellent stay. Small mall right around the corner. I wish the lighting was brighter in the rooms and mattress was softer. Rooms are very spacious, excellent air conditioning, great great breakfast and great staff!!
