The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are perfectly appointed and luxurious.
I arrived very early in the morning so it was a very welcome surprise to be able to complete the check in procedure in my room very efficient
The staff were excellent and the level of service was what you would expect from such a good hotel. The food was also superb and even though the restaurant could not accommodate me they happily served me the most sublime Indian food in he bar.

The staff were brilliant throughout. I was a little ill, and they couldn't do enough for me. The hotel felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. Even the security requirement was painless. Early arrival was no issue. Stayed twice and both rooms were immaculately clean. After a long day out sightseeing and feeling tired I was greatly pepped up by the waiter who served me. I'll be visiting again, I hope and expect.

Service and surroundings were impeccable - and delicious food. Clearly a business hotel as the studio rooms have a slightly unusual bathroom configuration which works better for a single occupant but really lovely decor and a balcony with every room.
Clean modern hotel. No complaints about the quality of the service. This was the first hotel we visited in India, and some of the subsequent hotels had the benefit of a policy of 'no tipping' whereby you just leave a tip at the end of the stay in a 'gratuity box' rather than to each bellhop etc.
